What an amazing bike! A true joy to ride. I own a 250 watt Sondors and the extra power feels great on hills. The bike was scratched pretty badly in transit but only cosmetic damage. R2S sent me some extra tubes as compensation.

The bike is awsome lots of fun, the only problem I have is the brakes they are noisy, they make a grumbling and squealing noise, I made sure they were clean and aligned properly but still the same.

Warranty: R750 Motor Replacement
Have not received part to review yet. Bike has not run for two weeks in a years time. Mechanical things happen. Eight requests to repair or replace. Would love a followup by somebody.....bike died 4 miles from home yesterday. No idea what to do. Never worked properly since new 10 months ago. Resolution? What else can I say. HELP PLEASE.

I was pleased with the overall build of the bike. Welds are nice, finish is nice, featured equipment is of good quality. There is vulnerable wiring at the bottom center post of the frame that could take a hit if you ever high centered a log on a trail. There should be a skid plate or cover added there. The bike is smooth, quick and responsive. 20 inch tires I think result in more torque compared to larger wheel sizes. I have not rode it enough to report on battery life and range on full charge. So far it is good.

Just got this and was up and running quickly. Easy assembly. The display needs clearer documentation. I found it's better to keep an eye on your mileage rather than trust the power bars, mine went from 2 bars to zero very quickly and was stranded on my first long ride. The bike handles well , has ample power, I rarely use above level 4. I'm using it to climb some steep terrain on gravely and dirt paths, and the wide tires have a lot of stability and cushion. New hydraulic brakes are squeaking a lot now, probably needs adjustment. The tire size 20" keeps your c . of gravity nice and low , w/more secure feeling than 26". Overall very pleased, it's going to be a fun summer.

I love it but there are really no instructions how to put it together the book that comes with it is for a different E bike luckily i was a mechanic and have common sense so i figured it out myself maybe other people wont be so lucky but i love this bike if you have the money buy it
