I'm an old guy with a large frame. I live in a 1 stop light county with several serious hills and can get anywhere I need to be without worries.

Haven't done any serious off road biking yet but they are easy to install lightweight and seem functional.

The Series 750 fat tire bike is fun, except I have lost a key bolt already that holds the suspension shock in place is gone and my rubber O ring on the main shock has fallen down. The chain now skips from time to time, which bugs me. These things can be fixed, but it's dsappointing that it happens in the first 100 miles on the bike.

This review is for the 2020 All Terrain R750 HT. Fast 2-day delivery. This is my first e-bike, so I don't have the best frame of reference, and I'm not an avid cyclist either. I order two bikes for my wife and me, and we are really enjoying the experience of electric riding, especially with the current inability to do much traveling and eating out. They are definitely an eye-catcher, as we are stopped all the time and asked about them (mainly how much did they cost, lol). We've ridden them literally everyday since we got them.
A few things to note. It is a mountain bike, and I believe it's meant for an 'aggressive' stance, so if you plan on cruising you may need to get a new stem to allow the handle bars to be raised or you may have back issues. We got the 4.5" tires and they have made the ride really cushy, but do need a bit more power/strength to get started - this isn't an issue because of the 6km/h starter throttle. I'm 6'2" and the large size is fine for me. It'll go as fast as you want, I haven't ran it top speed yet. There are a ton of options in the system to customize the motor functionality. I actually have a number of friends in the area that will be ordering one soon. The service department is very responsive and friendly. Great Company and Great Bike!

I have my bike for a 6 months I have put 100 miles on it every time I ride it feel like the first time I'm so happy to have it

I love my M2S All Terrain R750. The riding experience is like none I have experienced before. It has changed the way I ride and where I can ride. I can go out longer and engage varying terrains, and it makes the experience super fun! When I received the bike I did have some issues with the rim and read suspense. M2S was very responsive in sending out replacement parts. I currently have 150 miles on it and look forward to adding many more.

Cable for light was broken when i received bike, called M2S they sent a new one . Their customer service is amazing

We'd planning to buy e-bikes for almost a year and spent a ton of time researching. We were able to ride a family member's Rad bike, and it was great, but we weren't sure it would be the best fit for us. After lots of research, and calls and emails with the M2S team, we decided on M2S. The bikes were easy to assemble and the learning curve was almost non-existent. We've called the M2S team a few times with questions, and they were very helpful and responsive each time. Their customer service is off-the-charts great! We love our bikes and recommend them to everyone! I'm 6' and bought a large, and my 5'10" wife bought a medium. We ride our bikes on rural roads in our home state of West Virginia, but have big plans to take them all over the country. Thanks to the M2S team for hooking us up with these awesome bikes!

The parts were replacements for components that were damaged during shipping. After a few hiccups, the bike is performing very well and has surpassed my expectations in terms of power, range and handling.
