Bike is running good so far. Customer service and sales respond fairly quickly. Restricted mine to class one and removed the throttle and it is still extremely fun to ride (set to American Class 1 : 20mph). I recommend double checking every bolt on the bike upon first set-up (as with all bikes). If you're looking for a fat bike FS, this one is fun, capable, and budget friendly.

Definitely 4 stars experience, and only not a 5, due to having to service a loose suspension bolt and other small errors in website pictures (in some case the pics display different bikes, and it could confuse some customers)

I am 75 yrs young and ride this bike every day around the boundary of where I live in an rv park in the woods along a lake I was able to make my own trail with this bike I got a cart to haul items

I call and asked about getting another battery has a backup for trail riding

I was advised to buy a higher amp battery that has been rebuilt I did was very satisfied

Of all the electric bikes I have owned of the past fifteen years .. this M2S all terrain sport 500 is the one that I have enjoyed the most and is the capable of diversity while still maintaining a commuter look as the company describes from mountains-to-sea is the perfect name for this bike

This bike has been a blast! Fun to ride and gets lots of compliments. I have a hip and 2 knees replacements and if wasn’t for a E bike I wouldn’t be riding. The looks I get rolling at 28-30 mph are funny. Thanks M2S for providing a quality bike with nice upgrades like 180mm rotors, air shock and integrated battery at a reasonable price.

Reilly was helpful with my battery problem. I was surprised at the cost of a refurb battery and that the battery would not work after just a few years and low usage.

Great bike. Heavy, but feels good. I'm 6'1" and about 175 and the bike is comfortable(large frame). Would like an option for skinnier tires for some road work but happy overall.

I had some initial concerns and confusion, the shipper delivered a box that had NOT been handled with care, the bike and the misc parts like the battery and charger were floating rogue inside which caused some scratches and chips on the frame and rims and the part that holds the digital display to the handlebars was broken also. This is not entirely M2S's fault. I receive tractor trailers shipments for my business and I am never surprised how things arrive regardless of cautions. However the box was generic and perhaps a "THIS END UP" / "FRAGILE" labeling would have helped...or not.

My confusion was that the tires were 27.5" x 3" and not the 27.5" x 2.3" that was listed on the specs I used to make my decision. I thought I received the wrong bike. I reached out and left a VM and email and received a pretty quick response from Zack who apologized for the poor handling of the shipper, offered a courtesy credit and explained that the tire size changed, as this is their newest model (the specs online changed too after refreshing the page) and I did receive the correct bike.

I have had a few questions since that I could not confirm via their tutorials and the team there has been responsive and patient...thank you Zack and Shaughn!

My feeling so far is that the owner, Eric has created a company with more substance and support for people entering this market. I think they are trying to sell decent quality bikes at decent price points and want satisfied customers.

Here is my quick review of the bike itself...This is my first E--bike and not a bike aficionado. My decision was based on everything we have at our disposal. I have only put 30 miles on it so far and can say it is great so far. I am 58, 235lbs since Covid (yes the Freshmen 15 overnight, hence why I bought the bike) My first ride was 12 miles, on paved roads, with varied elevations and one hill of about 3/4 of mile and a 12 to 15 degree grade.The pedal assist was awesome to have and I played with the different levels going up and even at 2 or 3 makes a difference and for a short test it pulled me with just throttle too. For that ride I used about 60% of the battery and achieved a top speed of 68 MPH....Ok just kidding on the MPH, but I have seen 32 on flats with pedaling. So, hopefully I will have many trouble free miles and look forward to seeing my toes again soon!

The stem I purchased is of great quality. It allowed me to adjust my handle bars just where I needed them. The shipping was very fast! I highly recommend this product if you need to adjust your riding position.

Is a great bike, very powerful motor, great system with the pedal assist for amazing workouts, I wish the whole freaking world will understand and all utilize this type of transportation, battery last forever when utilizing pedal assist. M2S provide great support. Suspension tires, frame all is great quality, battery housing, doesn't even feels or looks that is made in China. My neighbors just look at it ... I can go over bumps, side walks, mountain terrain just name .. be smart when riding since is heavy but once you develop momentum is all good .. The display is the cpu monitors all literally tracks all (even when you fart) .. lol .. I did research for months & months & I'm no disappointed at all with this bike .. good luck to all & blessings.

This stem makes a difference if ur looking for a higher stem and one that is closer to you for a more comfortable “cruising” type experience. Worth the money.
