I am a first time e-bike buyer but did a lot of research before choosing M2S. Their pricing, quality of entire bike components and service were the deciding factor for my decision to purchase my initial two bikes from M2S. Shortly after my initial two bike purchase, I then purchased two more full suspension (R750 Kush) to complete outfitting my entire family with M2S bikes. We are having a lot of fun with the bikes with no issues to report. I have also allowed my friends to ride my bike and they had so much fun they started to research e-bikes. All of my friends ended up purchasing M2S based on the same reasons as me. In total between myself and my friends, we have purchased 9 bikes varying between the R500 and R750 Kush models. Everyone is continuing to enjoy the M2S bikes immensely. Thank you to M2S for delivering a very high quality product and for fast shipping!

I cannot say enough about the team at M2S or the bike itself. I have never owned an electric bike and truly am amazed at the quality and fun it provides. My wife and I both got the Medium 750, The power, battery life, speed and ease of ride are impressive. In addition, the customer service from every person who answers the phone (right here in the US) has been excellent! I HIGHLY recommend the M2S line up of bike, you will not regret it!

Miscellaneous Replacement Parts
Support team was a great help and quick to respond to replace the part lost. I wish they would’ve just informed me on what type of bolt it was so I know for future. They were out of stock of it so had to wait a good week and a half to get it, but was pleased that I did not have to pay for the replacement.

Really smooth ride. I enjoy it. First ride I took it on really rough mountain bike terrain and it handled very well. Make sure to tighten all the screws and bolts securely because I thought I did, but ended up losing a bolt on the trail and the suspension came loose. Thankfully M2S was very quick to respond and replace the missing piece at no cost. Ideally the mid drive motor might be more effective of an aid on those types of courses also as the motor froze out a couple of times and had to let it reset itself likely the rear drive could not handle that type of load uphill. Nonetheless it is a well built bike.

Great bike, the packaging was the best I have seen. Only negative for me was not having a operation manual.

The bike is amazing. It was a simple assembly. I did need to adjust the gears but besides that everything was self explanatory. Been riding everyday since I received. The bike performs wonderfully. We’ve decided to purchase 2 more bikes for my son and daughter.

The bike is great. I think it would be better if you had a separate owners manual for each bike. Right now there is not a printed manual that covers the HT pro. Support was good, I’m just old school and would like to see the printed documentation.

I've owned a quietkat 1000, a Specialized como and still own a Rambo 1000. I sold the Specialized to a friend's wife to ride with her husband and purchased the MS600 all suspension bike and it's all I expected from a full suspension mountain bike. I would reccomend this bike to anyone who wants to ride the trails. Ive only rode around 16 miles on the bike and today I noticed it still has 90% battery left so the battery should last for an all day ride. Thanks for a great product M2S

Over all very high marks for quality and delivery.
YouTube video very helpful for assembly but need more to explain operation. Charger cut off reset, throttle operation and
Head light mode should be explained better.
That said I am very happy with this product.
Will probably buy another for my wife in the hardtail version with thinner tires.

So far so good. Assembled easily enough. Had to adjust the derailer for full gear range though. Great value for the $$.

With the help of my neighbor, we assembled the bike. Assembly was relatively easy; however, it was easier with two people. Assembly includes the handle bars, front tire, seat and pedals. The tool provided was all one needed to complete the assembly.
I have test driven the bike and it put a smile on my face from ear to ear. I am waiting to receive a helmet so I can get out on the bike and comfortably enjoy the bike. I have had two neighbors test drive it and I could barely get them off the bike!
I know that I will have years to enjoy this fun bike!! I am most excited!
