The good , assembly very straight forward. I took my time it required about 45 minutes. The bike rides great only having about 20 miles on it so far no complaints.
Would be nice to have an owners manual specific to my model bike, the videos were helpful.. still would like a manual specific to the bike.
The not so good, freight company. Tracked bike it arrived in town on a Thursday afternoon. Freight company called Friday morning, I asked for a Friday delivery. Told no,would be Monday between noon and 5 pm. So I wait all afternoon, I call them at 5:30 pm because still did not have the bike. They tell me just putting the bike on the truck. Finally delivered at 7 pm Monday night.

I love this bike! I have never experienced any bike like. I was more than satisfied with its performance. I have named this bike "The Wind Killer" because it kills any draft known to man! I am getting about 30 miles with the battery. I could probably get more but the area I ride has a lot of hills. At some point I'll upgrade to the 21 amp battery.

For one of the least expensive fat tire fs bikes on the market this thing rocks.
Customer service is prompt to respond. I wanted to change size and they helped me out quickly.
I'm 190# and this bike will get me up to 29 mph in flat ground.
Assembly was quick and easy.
It eats up dirt roads at 23 mph with ease.
No complaints. I am upgrading the rear cassette to an 11-40t wide ratio like some more expensive bikes have.
Overall you get a great deal on the overall product

I live !y bile and the quality seems pretty good. However, the manual that comes included is a generic ebike for a few different models not including the HT Pro. This applied to assembly and the computer. Also when I went to the website for support the HT Pro is not an option to pick in the What bike did you buy.

I love it, I make everyone I meet/know take it for a spin and they giggle(often hoot and holler). I ride it to work everyday, 3.8 miles in 12 minutes one way(on level 6 mostly). My big truck sits in the garage. The rear tire is not round, and the brakes are noisy, but I don't care. I can't imagine finding a more capable, better built bike for the money. I hope I can keep my commuting up through the Montana Winter in the snow.

Great bike, Delivery was fast and no problems assembling. I did some road and trail riding. I have not been long biking in a while! Had alot of fun with it so far. Battery doesn't drop very fast. I will be looking for a different saddle. Not as comfortable as I like it.

The bike arrived earlier than quoted which is always a bonus. The assembly of the bike proved to be straightforward and completed within 30 minutes. The instructions were basic, but fulfilled the need. One item which would make M2S standout would be integrating the control system with smart phone applications using Bluetooth. So far am still learning how to use the bike and very happy with its performance.

WD: 27.5+ Wheel Set Conversion Kit
I have the Ultra HT with 4.6" wide fat tires which are great for sand, snow and mud. Now with the 27.5 Plus size tires, it feels much more nimble, responsive and sporty for the trails. The wheel swap was very easy. I only had to space the rear wheel speed sensor closer to the wheel.
