All Terrain Ultra HT
So, I got my All Terrain Ultra HT all setup and rolling. I ended up ordering the Large 19” frame bc the 21” was going to be out of stock until the end of June.
I’m 41 years old, 6’3” tall and 215 lbs. The 19” frame fits me perfectly, not a single issue what so ever. My Trek mountain bike is a 20” frame and this 19” fits me way better!
The box arrived from M2S 4 business days after switching my order from the XL to the L frame. The box showed up in perfect condition. The bike was packed to the T, foam padding everywhere!
All I had to do was follow their online tutorial on assembling the front wheel, handle bars and pedals. The hardest part was having to wait about 4 hours for the battery to fully charge!!
I drove the bike as a normal mountain bike while the battery was charging. I live on a hilly farm in Pennsylvania and wanted to try it out. I have a fairly steep portion of my yard (about 300’) that I can barely climb with my 21 speed Trek while sitting down. Needless to say, I’m out of breath by the top! I tried using the 10 speed Ultra and had to stand up to make and even then it was tough.
I rode it all over my yard and the bike handled beautifully with the gears shifting super smooth!
The real party began when the battery was charged! I went straight to the bottom of the 300’ hill and climbed easily to the top in pedal assist mode 4 (out of 5) going 7 mph and did it 3 times in a row with zero issues! This was all while I was in 4th gear even.
I went back to the bottom and tried it using just the throttle. I made it to the top going 12.2 mph and the bike never struggled.
I then took it on a 2 mile ride all over our farm, through mud and tall grass and the bike was a joy to ride. I was able to go wherever I wanted and never used anything more than pedal assist mode #3.
After 4 total miles of riding/testing I still have 77% battery life!
If I have anything complaint about the bike it is going to be with the seat! At first it feels fine but after a long ride through the fields I need a better one for sure!
This bike will not disappoint, no way - no how.

E-Bike Brake Pads
They work great, the issue is that I bought the same from amazon for 10.00 dollars less with free shipping. You folks charged me $10.00 more and 10.00 for shipping. The product itself is good.

All Terrain Ultra HT
Fantastic experience thus far with the All-Terrain Ultra! M2S has been extremely professional to work with, always prompt and courteous with their exchanges. The bike is a monster and I specifically waited until I had my first 100 miles on the bike to review. I'm fortunate to have Pocahontas State Park in Virginia as my home trail. This bike will eat up fire roads like no other, and over 70 miles thus far on single track with zero issues. You need to familiarize yourself with the handling at first, as a 72lb fat tire bike handles much different than my 18lb hard tail. That's only the initial ride though and this thing is quite maneuverable on even the hardest black diamond trails. So if size and handling is a concern for you, I'm keeping up with the "fast" group on the toughest single track. Functionally the bike is perfect on the electric side. I've never put the motor in the "sport" mode and cannot see why it would ever be needed as the ECO modes provide all the power you need and more. I'm typically riding in ECO pedal assist mode 1 and typically have 60% battery remaining after 24 miles. Last night I rode 19.2 miles in Mode 3 just to test the battery and I still had 53% remaining after 19.2 miles. So in level 3 assist (out of 5) I'm estimating real world range at 40 miles. 50 miles if your in mode 1. I'm not a small rider at 220lbs so this would be extended even further at a lower weight and perhaps more level terrain. Trails I ride are quite hilly. This thing is a beast and NOT the bike for you if you don't like attention. Everyone wants to chat at every trail head on this thing. No regrets whatsoever on this purchase and I'm still amazed at the torque this motor has available. Keep the assist level low and you'll still get quite the workout, but it will extend the range for high mileage and longer workouts which was the original reason for me. I chose the fixed fork on the front which has been fine over rooty singletrack with the tires taken down a bit. Highly Recommend this bike and smiling ear to ear on every ride!!

Parts: Thru Axle - Other
Sent picture of front wheel as I thought something was missing on the thru axle. I always go to bike shop with any problems. They are closed.Thought the threads on fork meant I lost a part. They sent me a new thru axle. I now have 2 and realized all I had to do was to screw it into the fork.. Pilot error. Live and hopefully learn.. Bill

All Terrain Explorer
An amazing bike for an incredible price. I own two e bikes one of which is from a different manufacturer. I recently just hit 130 miles on the odometer of the M2S and I thought I should leave a review. It has been blast and got me outside and away from too much screen time being locked indoors. I like to ride at a low level pedal assist so i still get a bit of a workout in my hilly neighborhood. I would think twice about riding a traditional bike in my neighborhood because the hills are so large but the M2S makes them a breeze. I also have taken the bike on single track, it is a big heavy bike but still doable.
Also worth noting, I purchased the rear rack and got some 3rd party saddle bags The rack is amazing. I was able to get 12 rolls of tp, 4 rolls of paper towels, dozen eggs, butter, large bottle of olive oil, bread, and a few other items easily home.

Battery Cradle Assembly (key and lock core separate)
I had a part on the All Terrain 750 that needed repaired. M2S was very responsive after I left them a message and email. They called, understood the problem, looked at the photos I sent and made a quick assessment. The part was sent and arrive at my house in about 7-10 days. It was an easy repair once I received the part and we are back to riding!
