I recently bought the R500 as an alternative transportation to travel around NYC during the Corona Virus Pandemic. The shipment took about one week and arrived in the morning via freight company. In the shipment was missing the e-bike battery and a couple of accessories. Upon calling the company, Zach helped me out and sent me the missing parts right away (took about another week). Also, you need to buy a MIK carrier plate from Amazon to accommodate the MIK water proof saddle bags for your rear bike rack (was not informed of this before hand). Besides the little mishaps, everything is almost perfect about the bike. I have almost 100 miles logged on it already and can not complain about the quality. It is well built.

This is a Replacement chain for the one that broke in the first 5 miles on my ultra 750... Hope in the future they make a titanium type chain for the awesome power of the 750 all terrain ultras... Still a little gun guy until I get a few more miles on the bike and new chain but can see I need to quit shifting under a load now that I have the M2S video to show me how to better shift the Ultra 750’s...

Definitely a great bike that does exactly what M2S says it does. It certainly deserves a 5 star but wish it would come with an owner’s manual despite the service team is superior to work with for any minor or major questions but would be nice to have a owners manual when camping out of cell or WiFi range. I noticed other reviews shared issues with the chains breaking on the All Terrain 750 ultra. Mine broke in the first 5 miles....The bike kept working but was making a popping noise like it was trying to shift again about everything second round of pedalIng or roughly 20 yards of just electric throttle pull on the bike...The support department sent me to a local bike shop to look at the shifting detailer. The bike shop quickly identified the crack in the chain once up on the repair stand. I wanted it fixed right then to finish my vacation trip at $129.00 for labor and a new chain. M2S has a new one on the way for free via warranty... They are normally $20.00. The support team told me to manually shift the Ultra 750 easily and not under a load as the 750 Ultra electric motors are too powerful and may break the chain shifting under a pedal load or electric power load... There is an M2S video to illustrate proper shifting....Goes without saying I’m a little gun shy now of the chain and will keep the spare chain and tools in my bike rack kit as I learn to shift it differently...Based on history we can only hope they come out with a stronger titanium type chain to handle the awesome power M2S Ultra motors are delivering for novices like myself. Other than that in the short time I’ve had it, I’m happy with everything else on the bike except the skinny seat that this 60 year old replaced with a much wider spring loaded seat that increased the ride and comfort substantially... It came with a bad rear brake, but they replaced it, I installed it, and it is now working great. It came with very little air in the shocks, so I had to wait to get air before I could ride it. I love the bike, I was hoping to get a discount on a battery for the inconvenience and I am waiting for fenders...
