The bike itself is wonderful; The tires , not so much. I had my first flat tire at 11 miles,, caused by a thorn so tiny and thin it might have had trouble penetrating tissue paper. An all terrain bike should have thorn proof tubes at a minimum, the cost to the manufacturer would be negligible. So, one star for the fragile tires, 5 stars for the bike.

We purchased 4 e-bikes for our Trails Crew to help facilitate our efforts to build and maintain multi-use trails here in Clear Creek County, CO. Shaughn Zaleski and the rest of the team at M2S bikes were patient and worked with us through a challenging budget process. In the process of assembling the bikes now and will update this review after we try them out, but so far our experience w/M2S has been fantastic!

my first e-mtb. Paid Sort of mid-level entry price. I have had it for a few weeks, breaking in around my neighborhood. Bike arrived in good condition, needed minor adjustment after shipping by semi-truck ie Old Dominium Trucking Company, BOX received so much better treatment vs delivery by UPS/FEDEX. Bike appears well made, looks great! Support is awsome! Had a few questions, M2S got back to me the very next day! I love companies that care about you AFTER the purchase. The support team actually checked back in with me, without me, having to call them first! Wow! Support was wondering how I was getting along with the bike (I’m over 70 years old) after I called in with questions. Support is Outstanding for caring and contacting me like that! My Ultra FS is a ton of fun. I ride mainly highway, dirt roads, park trails and Beach. Jumping curbs, pot holes, trails along causeways etc. I also ride at night in Florida when it’s cooler out so headlight works great. I would definitely recommend M2S, every time I called I spoke to a very helpful M2S employee.

I absolutely love Th is bike!! I helps me go so much further than I could go on my own. And since this Coronavirus has us all 6 feet apart, when I go for rides I can easily go from sidewalk to grass tok avoid people. It's actually fun to do so. I only wish there was a bike rack for me to put on behind my seat, but they are outta stock. No worries, I still love my new bike fa real..

Very happy with my purchase of my bike. Called them on the phone and he took a lot of time with me to answer all of my questions. Very pleased all around. Bike came pretty quick to be shipped to Alaska, all was intact with the bike, no damage at all, very well packed. I’m 58 year old woman and I put the bike together myself. I did take it to Treck Bike Shop and they checked every thing out to make sure it was safe for me. The guy there stated he loved the bike too. I let him take it out to make sure it was all ok. He acted like he really enjoyed it. I’m looking forward to riding! Thx M2S bikes!!!!!!

This bike is absolutely amazing. I live in Baja Mexico, and it is mostly sand. I have a street ebike and it just can’t perform in the varying depths of sand. The AT R750 right out of the box is made for sand and Baja. From ordering to receiving the bike from M2S was a breeze, as well as assembling it. The estimated time of shipment was the 16th and I got the bike on the 17. Great company great bike.

I am very impressed with the quality of this bike. I have been a trek guy since 1980 but M2S bikes are a total game changer for how I'll be able to ride and commute.

Powerful, full suspension that can handle any terrain. Better than bikes twice the price. I'm 60 and I overtake other riders on climbs. Best value on emtb. The M60 is a beast and a nimble climber.

Love my R750, my wife already had the Kush and had to get my own M2S. The only complaint was when it arrived the from fork was hanging out of the box, there was a little damage to the right fork, there was no foam in front of the fork only the rear tire so maybe it was in the box backwards. Still, I am enjoying the bike.
Thanks Jim
