Excellent customer service! Only downside is they won't ship to the USVI, so I had to arrange for shipping in 2 stages which made part arrive much later than hoped. But Excellent service! I love my bike, over 900 miles on it, it's my main transportation on st Croix. I get stopped by people all of the time asking about it!

I am very impressed with the service I get from M2S bikes. I wish you had a location closer to me, like Reno, NV.

Bike rides great even without pas great support team

I purchased the extra set of wheels and tires for my 750 Ultra. They arrived soon after my bike in perfect condition. Now I have 2 bikes almost for the price of one bike.

Shaughn Zaleski was very helpful for me to choose the right bike, 750HT. I have ridden > 120 miles w/o any issues. The bike assembly was very easy. I spent a total of < 90 minutes including taking the bike out of the box. The bike arrived in perfect condition, very well packaged. The extra set of wheels arrived 2 days later in perfect condition. I recommend buying the 3" wheels if you plan on gravel roads and single track trails. The fat tires were fun, too. I did unintentionally test them in snow on my 1st day on the bike -- I need to practice snow riding. Customer service has been great. I was missing screws and the team sent them ASASP. One screw set was the wrong one so I sent another Email with a picture to explain the missing part better. The support team noted the missing screw and let me know from my picture that I had made an assembly mistake. I fixed it in 5 minutes. I was worried about buying an Ebike on line -- not anymore. It was easier than an instore purchase.

I love these bags. Yes, they are expensive, but they work well for my M2S Pro bicycle. Now I don't have to worry about wearing a backpack, or go without my water and other supplies when I ride.

Though I had a good experience, there are areas that need much work. The main thing is, there needs to be much better description of the differences between the kinds of electric assist and the utilization. For instance, I ordered a mid-motor bike but I didn’t know that this bike is more for those that only want occasional help vs getting total power that can b used w/o pedaling at all which I now believe is a rear motor asset. U should not assume that the buyer has any knowledge of these bikes. I now think I would have been happier with the rear motor ebike. When a customer selects a bike to look at, There needs to complete information about the abilities and traits of that bike. U need to provide the complete picture of the bike, it’s uses, abilities and what the buyer can expect from the bike. There are only generalizations when a bike is selected. This also applies to the included equipment (fenders, lights, rear rack) vs what is optional additional cost items. For instance, I purchased a rear blinking light, only b/c there was no mention in the description that the original bike seat had a blinking light. Also, I was not prepared for the actual weight of my ebike. There is no mention of the fact that this bike is very heavy, so the people who want to take there bike via a carrier to trails, need understand lifting it onto and taking it off a carrier will not be easy. Generally, there is no reason a buyer should be surprised when they receive and assemble their new ebike. We should know exactly what we are getting.

Very satisfied with the Kush R750FS and with M2S. They answered the phone when I called with all my questions before purchase. Shipping was quick, but the transport/warehouse gorillas bent the chainring in at least half an inch when they rammed something through the side of the box and struck the crank arm and then the chainring.
M2S responded quickly to my email explaining the situation. Replacement parts were offered immediately, but I was able to resolve the issue satisfactorily. I did not find any loose bolts or parts on the bike when checking it over. As luck would have it even the rear shock was charged to the right pressure for my weight. The components work well and the bike is very comfortable to ride especially on the sandy trails here in Florida. My only critique is I wish the battery would have been secured inside the shipping box. It was wrapped in foam, but loose laying on the bottom to rattle around. It could have easily come out the hole that was torn in the box. Thanks for a nice bike M2S! 👍

M2S All Terrain FS Max, MID DRIVE MOTOR
M2S Experience 2020

Disclosure: I'm a Senior Citizen (in good shape), riding an Ancheer 350 watt hub motor ebike for 1 year.
Now: M2S All Terrain FS Max, MID DRIVE MOTOR: Bafang Max 350w, M400, G330.350 48v
Ordered: Jan 10, 2020, Bike delivered: Jan 17, 2020. Some (minimal) damage to shipping carton, some scratches on battery, no other damage to bike.
Easy assembly. Gears and brakes didn't need adjustment. The 180mm hydraulic brakes work well. Surprisingly comfy seat.
As noted by Joel, FS Max did not come with the Mozo front forks as specified on the specs (FORK: Mozo Hydraulic Dampened Fork / Rebound Adjustment / Lockout) and shown in the pictures. The bike came with RST Guide forks. These are 80mm shocks. When I inquired about the fork, Reilly said neither brand were hydraulic dampened nor rebound adjustable! The RST website does not list (support?) Guide forks (discontinued older (cheap?) model?). I am unable to find an operation/maintenance manual for the Guide model. The Mozo Hydraulic Dampened Fork / Rebound Adjustment / Lockout is still listed on the M2S FS Max specs. The 165mm Kindshock A5 rear air shock air valve access is obstructed by a rear suspension part. You'll need a standard tire valve extension, even tho I'm using a Giyo Shock Pump. Again, information regarding this shock is non-existent on the web or Youtube. KS website doesn't even mention shocks (discontinued?). Tho both shocks are basic, they do respond to the moderately rough trails I ride.
The bike manual is generic, but it does have good instructions regarding the display/controller settings (very good), wiring schematics, and some torque settings. (see Youtube: “Mountains to Sea M2S Electric Bicycles could fall apart - Public Service WARNING” regarding rear suspension”.)
I did a good amount of research. I wanted to try it all: mid motor, moderate power, full suspension, fat bike, (can't afford carbon). The FS Max fit the bill at a very reasonable (discounted) price .. and M2S gave me a 50% discount on the shipping. The 48v, 16 amp hour removable battery is noteworthy in this class.
The bike looks beautiful. I've ridden it in the Texas Hill Country on chip&seal roads and some limestone & dirt trails. The Hill Country is not the mountains of the West, but the hills and valleys where I live are short spaced, steep, long, and repetitive. Many hills require 1st or 2nd gear and level 4 or 5 peddle assist. Frankly, I was disappointed with the power delivery. I've been riding a “cheapie” Ancheer 350 watt hub motor “mountain bike” with pedal assist & throttle that climbs the hills like a mountain goat at mid assist levels. Apparently this is a characteristic difference between mid and hub motor performance. Granted, the FS Max is heavier and the fat tires require more power. Maybe Byron is right … “The gearing is WAY TOO high for off road (or on road) climbing... The lowest gear is 38 x 32, but it needs a 32 x 42 for steep off road climbs”. The specs say 36T chainring, I got a 38T (worse for climbing) … again, so much for specs! But Reilly responded to my email, offering to reimburse me for a 32 tooth chainring. Thanks! Still waiting for the check.
The 32T helps a little, but the pedal assist still does not equal the Ancheer's hub motor. If you're riding significant up hills and want to build leg muscles, buy the FS Max. Don't know how the R750 FS hub drive compares.
I agree with the many reviewers that commend the responsiveness and help from Reilly and Eric. Do your research and buy a bike from them!

Highly recommend this part! It allows for a much more customized comfort level when riding! We love that we added these to our HT Pros! HUGE difference!

These bikes are tanks! As solid a bike as I have ever seen! The power that they contain is thrilling! My wife and I bought two HT Pros and we ride them very regularly - we have logged 80 miles in the last week. One of the two that we bought has no issues whatsoever. It is awesome. The other one sis the only reason I didn't go with 5 stars. From the first day it made a noise that was coming from the crankshaft gearbox. I communicated back and forth with support at M2S and the end result was that I needed to have a professional bike mechanic take a look locally. I took it in and they determined that the gearbox was loose and tightened it and it was fine...for about 12 miles of riding and then it started back. I have not yet gotten it looked at again, but need to get it fixed on a permanent level. Otherwise, I am a very happy customer and we love these bikes!

EXCELLENT customer service after the sale. Someone knowledgeable answers the phone and helps out. Rare these days.

What an awesome bike. Have done a few rides and this thing is awesome! Still makes you work but gives you the extra little bit needed to get up those hills that you sometimes see others walking up. I will be buying another for my lady.

I love this e-bike. My only negative is I should have gotten the middle, instead of the large size. My height is 5' 10". The build quality is very good. My bike tech was also impressed with build quality. Using both pedal assist and throttle as needed is brilliant, after some practice. Gear shifting is very smooth. So far, with about 60 miles on the bike, my experience is superlative!

The bike is great. My only issue I would say is the set is a little hard. I know a couple people that were also interested in getting one of these and what I'm suggesting is the they get the bike with a rear shock. Had I known how much you feel the ground thru the seat when off roading I would have gotten that one myself. Besides that the bike is great. It goes thru the woods with ease.

My stepfather recommended m2s when I started looking at e-bikes, I looked at everything on the market over the course of a few weeks and decided le750 Kush what's the best bang-for-the-buck for me. It was listed as pre-order and their communication before and after I made my purchase was outstanding. The bicycle arrived in perfect condition and assembled with ease. I was able to ride it immediately and have since put over a hundred miles on it. I have let multiple people try it out and every one of them wants one for themselves. I love this bike I only wish that I had gotten it a lot earlier!

Great bike. More power than I expected. I run my dogs for an hour at 10-15 mph and have not seen battery below 100%

Excellent bike and very fun to ride. The quality is outstanding and top notch. I am very impressed with the speed. It arrived really well protected in a big box. Assemble was very quick and easy. This bike is definitely big. I bought the medium frame and I’m 5’4” tall. I had to lower the saddle all the way and I still have trouble touching the ground flat footed. I have to either slide off the front of the saddle or lean it to the side. But nevertheless, I am happy with it and it’s real head turner everywhere I go. My only issue is I wish it came with a model specific owners manual. It comes with a generic one that is almost useless.
