We got our bikes in February and the rack in late May. We love our bikes!!! We are older and haven't biked for awhile. I was a little uncertain about getting these but I have fallen in love with mine! Everything seems very well made and works perfectly. I called a few times for customer service before I ordered and once while assembling and everyone we spoke to was very friendly and helpful. I couldn't ask for more! We highly recommend this company for your e-bike!

Great bike, lots of fun. Riding it in all types of terrain, performs very well. Battery life is great, ridden five time, still over 50%. At 50-60lbs, heavier than I thought it would be, but has a nice ride and very stable. The assist is easy to use and set up well.

Excellent bike and a pleasure to ride. Heavy, but with the electric assist they are easy to ride and use. I wish they came with more useful instructions on how to use the computer, but poking around online I was able to find what I needed to figure it out. Glad we bought two.

We were able to work with sales staff to spec a bike that would fit my wife’s height and leg length. M2S sells one of the few smaller frame bikes with 24” fat tires. We also wanted a well-equipped bike with hydraulic brakes, a larger battery and charger, integrated front and rear lights, fenders and racks to commute and carry bags. The bike is better than expected and so much fun to ride.. I am 72 years old and live in a town with some hills that no longer present an obstacle when riding a bike. I had a minor glitch with the thumb throttle on day bike delivered, but I called customer support and spoke to a real person who helped me correct the problem the next day. If you ride one, you will buy one.

Love the bike, had small issues but quickly resolved. I would also share that the bike is a bit larger than expected. But this is not a complaint or critique, as I am a roadie and occasional mountain biker...so it’s a bit taller also more upright than I am used to...but still, it’s awesome!!!

love the new bike it was easy to assemble. The light could be a little brighter. Love the color display and the mud flaps came in handy when mudding. Put 22 miles on the first night and all most 200 miles on so far. Very good geometry and the seat is very comfortable. I'm 6'0" with 32" inseam and the center bar is a little to close for comfort some times. I should of gone with the medium in stead of the large frame. The rear hub drive works great for flat and gradual inclines but if you are going off road or up really long inclines id go with the hub drive.

I believe the detailer was knocked out of alignment in shipping and some of the assembly instructions did not fit the bike I received. However the bike is TERRIFIC! EXCELLENT COMPONENTS so far, Very happy with it and customer service was very good...I'd certainly would buy again.

The bike is great and a thrill to ride. Everyone in the family and local friends tried it too and think it's way fun. Only big suggestion is the bike should come with a written guide that informs the owner how to adjust the breaks and how to use the electronic info unit on the handle bars for example. Otherwise completely satisfied so far.

What a great bike! I've only had it for a week but I've put 100 miles on it so far. I had some small adjustments to make. The derailleur needed some adjustments after the chain and cassette settled in but that is normal. The steering stem on my bike was a little loose from the factory making for a little bearing slop but that was a quick fix as well. Overall a great value!
