We could not be more impressed with the all terrain scout! It has all the features it needs, the racks, the lights, the fenders, the quick adjust handlebar is amazing, the size is perfect for my 70 year old 5 foot 10 wife. She can put her feet on the ground while sitting on the seat. The structure and the welds on the frame are excellent. 2/8 speed stainless steel gears with stainless steel chain, excellent. The trigger finger shifters work perfectly every time. The display is visible in full sunlight with dimming at night, excellent. We were impressed with the paint details and powder coating. It seems to have plenty of power. We are convinced we have made the best choice. an extremely reasonable value! We just love it size and proportions with the 20 inch wheels and 4 inch fat tires it's perfect! I've been raving about it and writing comments on other e-bike videos about M2S bikes, especially the all-terrain scout for women! It arrived in perfect condition without any scratches and works perfectly. We are going to have so much fun and be able to go where we could not go before, all year round awesome! The best bike for sure a woman could buy!

Love the bike. Every senior who loves to ride a bike should own one. If you ride one, you’ll buy one. Also, tech service was so helpful and immediately responsive.

The display is way better looking than the original, but the main reason I bought it was to get a more accurate battery gage. I am really disappointed. I ride the bike for 20 miles and the gage is still at 100% then all of a sudden it drops to 80% and five miles later it drops to 60%. I thought it would go down a percent or at least 5 percent at a time. It was just a waist of money!!!!!

First time e-bike owner and enjoying the ride! IT's a great looking bike and i've received many compliments and have referred multiple people. This bike really provides a comfortable, powerful ride and the extra wide tires smooth it out even more...

I love my bike. So much fun to ride! My friends all want to borrow the bike. I have bad knees and this bike has allowed me to get back to biking.

Extremely helpful customer service. They get you the parts fast to keep you riding.

Everything came packed and assembled correctly no damage in shipping. The bike functions great!

Awesome bike!!!!

You have an awesome team!

Grest overall im just savage on two wheels

Grest except the light shorted out...and my pedal cranks stripped and yes i had the correct pedals on each side

It’s a beautiful bike, but much too large for my 5” 1’ height. I will probably be selling it , brand new. I’ve ridden it around the yard, but feel like it is too much bike for me!

I just smile a lot while riding this bike. I laugh every time the ride-assist propels me up a steep hill, without a lot of energy on my part. I’m so glad we bought these bikes.

The company and staff were excellent. The delivery was on time and the bike was better than my expectation. It is great and I am really enjoying it and may buy another bike.
I would recommend the company and products.

Love this bike. Great customer service.

Wife loves this bike. Works great once you make a couple of adjustments.

Great price!

As always, M2S's customer service is second to none. I drove my bike up 134 miles to get a replacement battery, chain and a hinge for my rear fender. I dropped it off, whet to lunch with my daughter in Asheville, and in less that 2 hours Zach called me to say everything was completed and I could pick up my bike.
I have never purchased anything where I've received better customer service than with these guys. We purchased two fat tire e-bikes and use them almost every day on the trails out in the Everglades and absolutely love them (this coming from a guy who hated bicycles). My wife and I just got up to North Georgia to do some trails for a month up here and the hills are actually fun to do!

Very happy with it. I live in the hills of New York State so it works really good. Just wish it had alittle more power but good enough for the first Ebike

Very fun to ride. Can’t wait until hunting season. Wish I had the correct manual the display on my bike. Support was quick to reply after the weekend.
