Great bike. Used for turkey hunting this spring. Finding that hot bird, riding quietly and covering a lot more ground was ticket for success.👍

Great bike at a great price! I had a couple of small issues with my bike and M2S support took really good care of me. If you contact support through the website, give them a day or two to respond. They always get back to you and are very helpful.

I had a very small scratch on my screen when the bike was delivered, and M2S quickly shipped a replacement to me at no cost. Great customer service!

Probably my 5th purchase from M2S. Incredible company to deal with, products are top of the line and always come shipped quickly. The APT850c display is a huge improvement over the older 800. Vivid color and easy to manipulate.

So far so good just wish it had more power going up Hill's. I'm from upstate NY where it's hilly and it tends to drain the battery faster and I up graded to the 21 amp which doesn't last like the reviews say. But for the first Ebike it's okay

Didn't buy any parts

The only problem I had with the entire purchase was shipping. The box was destroyed and there were parts missing. Customer service was great and responsive and fixed all issues immediately. would buy again.

Essential for tall riders

Start off by saying this is my first e-bike purchase. I am a serious gear geek (skis, motorsports, boats etc.) and have very high quality expectations. My order did not exactly start off very well but two M2S support representatives made my purchase worthwhile. I ordered my R750HT in early May on backorder and was surprised it was delivered earlier than expected. Unfortunately, despite all shipping invoices and packing labels showing correctly, I received the wrong color bike and wrong smaller battery. Upon contacting M2S initially I was surprised that for mix up I was only offered to return bike and wait for replacement at date tbd, offered $50 merchandise credit (but not yet eceived) and/or a differential credit for incorrect battery. I insisted on battery I ordered (48v 21ah) and was sent a replacement very quickly. Unfortunately, this replacement battery was defective.

A few other minor cons:
1) Plastic fenders basically unusable had to remove due to rubbing
2) Brakes still very squeaky (seems to be common with fat tire heavy bikes)
3) A few minor squeaks that Im still trying to pinpoint and resolve
4) Bike manual is very generic and clearly written by someone in China but supplemental M2S video tutorials are excellent

Now for the good: I contacted M2S customer support again and this time spoke/email with Shaughn and Zack. These two gentlemen were both very responsive, courteous and did everything in their ability to make sure the situation was made right. I was notified that a replacement battery was on backorder but again surprised I received a replacement battery the next day.

The quality of the frame and components seem very good so far. IMO this an excellent value purchase at this price point. I am chalking up the defective battery issues to the current fractured China supply chain. I was initially concerned that I made a mistake purchasing this brand but knowing that I can contact Shaughn or Zack for support changed my mind. I have called numerous times and my call is answered every time by a human sans voice mail. Unheard of in this day and age!

Awesome Bike (HT Pro). I have had a lot of fun just doing Urban rides, and looks I get when I start passing a car in the bike lane. This is a big bike with a lot of rubber And when someone sees you flying around it stops them in their tracks. Tons of compliments. Waiting for my bike carrier so I can hit some trails.

Okay, I am a person with a disability, where I cannot ambulate for long period of time. I wanted to buy the bike so I can get the exercise that I need. When I unboxed the bike, I noticed that it was sent with the wrong tires. There is, the bike came with the fact tires instead of the 3 1/2 inch tires. To the vendors credit, they acknowledge the mistake and agreed to smooth things over by issuing me a partial refund, which was awesome.Putting the bike together was a cinch. I was able to do it in no time, and they even provided me all the tools that I needed. Their videos were very helpful and got me prepared for the job.
That aside, the first time I took the bike for a ride, it was as if I have never ridden a bike before. It was that awesome! The electric motor gives me all the power that I need to conquer the steepest hills where I do my Bicycling.I take the bike on the trails inside of the state park, and It is very enjoyable. In fact, since I received the bike, I do that every day except on Sundays. The battery packs a punch and lasts quite a few days. The seat and handle, the brakes, and all the other Parts seems to be of highest quality.
If I had to nitpick, I would say it would be better if the bike was not as heavy. Do not run out of battery when you take this baby out!
