Liked the bike. Front light doesn't work, customer service shared with me how to fix it? Apparently I have to find light wire in wire harness that is in the body of the frame and connect loose connection. Haven't done it yet. Seems like a pain in the ass that should have been handled through the quality control before being shipped.

I'm giving it 5 stars because it was the best bang for buck, needed almost no adjustmenr, and quickest delivery of the 3 ebikes I have. If I get another one I will look to M2S first.

I recently purchased an All-Terrain Sport R750 – Medium Size. I am 5:10 (175 lbs and of 48 years) with 31-inch inseam. The bike is a great fit and noting that the bar is “snug” with the combination of 29-inch wheels and the 3-inch tires (which while not “fat” are still very-beefy). The shipping process was on time, and the bike arrived in good condition (with one minor nick in the shock body). Customer service during the order process was excellent and very responsive. I updated my order mid-process to a different bike, and the order update was easy.

This bike (my first ebike – but I’ve hand many over the years) is an absolute blast and a great value. It simply rips on flats and low-to-med grade hills. I’ve also powered up very steep long hills with no issues, but with a lot of peddle support. This rear hub motor does best with momentum and when your speed is up (say over 10mph), so not a lot of torque, but a rather even and sustained power band. For example, I’ve climbed gradual hills that would leave me gasping for air and drenched in sweat over several miles and at 5+ MPH. On this ride, I can take the same hill at a sustained 20-25 mph and not break a sweat. It is really a lot of fun, and the 850c interface is easy to use and intuitive.

Given the speed of this bike (I can hit 30 mph on a flat, no problem, and peak at about 33 mph (if I push). The 16-amp hour battery has proven true at a 20-50 mile range and depending upon your speed and level of assist. My upgrades out of the gate were locking handle grips with a broader pad and clip-in peddles. The seat is just fine, and the bike is comfortable over long rides. The bike is heavy, but I can lift it with some effort to put on a rack, etc. That said, the weight of the bike adds significant stability relative to typical bike (which is very good thing). The air shock is great, and you will need to get an air shock pump to dial it in right. One upgrade recommendation is I’d go bigger on the 38T chainring, as you are beating eggs over 25mhp, and the bike likes to go FAST! If you ride residential side roads, you will keep up with traffic, even up hills. One bummer, say goodbye to all your old bike buddies who don’t have one. : ).

Overall, I would highly recommend on the basis of great value, service and the performance of the design/ riding experience… Very satisfied!

Best purchase I have ever made and having so much fine riding with the family. Because of back and knee issues have not been able to ride for many years without being in significant pain. Now I can ride many, many miles without hurting, get a workout and have a great time doing it. The price point is what really makes it possible as well.

Well made and works great. Plenty of adjustment available.

It took quite a while to get the bike, but it is well constructed and very powerful. I have to be careful not to let it do all of the work and make it just a "helper". Brakes are somewhat noisy but seem to work fine. Well worth the price.

Love the bike. It arrived missing a skewer nut as the box was pretty damaged. Called and a week later the nut arrived. Bike, battery etc. comes in 1 large box and had shifted inside. Luckily, the bike was not damaged.

I absolutely love this bike! I've always enjoyed biking but I struggle to keep up with my family. With this bike, I've been able to keep up with my family and now we bike every weekend. This bike is so much fun on road bike trails and mountain trails! I've definitely become more adventurous while riding this bike!

The bike is great but the guy on the phone need more training on how to talk better to Costomer other than that is fine.

I am a road cyclist, and was recently turned on to the M2S 750 HT ! This bike is unbelievable!! Super fun ! A great work out and I am so happy my husband and I purchased one !
Easy to assemble and comes with a charged battery , can’t ask for more than that !! Out of the box , attach handle bars , pedals and front tire and hit the road or trails !!!

Got this bike one week ago and have already put 75 miles on it. I highly recommend the 21amp battery. I rode to and from my office yesterday (25 miles round trip) with serious headwind on way back and the battery registered only 1/5th down in power. It is a blast to ride, the term ridiculous comes to mind. If you are shorter than 5' - 8" the medium frame will be too big.
