We are loving our new e-bikes. Got them just over a week ago and already over 100 miles on mine. My husband is really enjoying getting out and getting some exercising without "killing" himself on the hills around here. We live in the Rocky Mountains and hills are steep!! The battery seems to last as long as we will ever need - I've gone 20 miles and only down 1 bar, I haven't run the battery down all the way yet but would assume at least a 40 mile range. This purchase has been a game changer for us!

Parts: 750 Series Derailleur Hanger
Thanks Guys,
I had bent the Derailleur hanger when changing rear tire when bike fell over, which was my fault.
M2S was great in sending me Promptly what I needed to Get rolling again.

It is a fantastic bike when I was purchasing it I thought I was getting a rack with it the miscommunication was the only problem because in the purchase it looked like I was getting a rack with the bike

Great value overall. Struggles a little more than I like on hills but I guess this isn’t uncommon for rear hub motor.

I like everything about the eBike but found a couple problems with the documentation. The text on the manual is extremely hard to read. I’m 73 and needed a magnifying glass to read it even though I don’t need glasses. Then, I still.haven’t figured out how to set the clock and reset the trip gauge as I couldn’t locate any documentation and it is NOT intuitive. As a softwre developer for 37 years I figured I could solve it but was wrong.

I love my all terrain scout! The bike fits me perfectly as I am 5’8”. The bike was everything that I was looking for. The only complaint that I would have is that I strongly believe that the packaging as far as the bike being shipped in the box needs much more protection. My bike had a few scratches one being on the fender, M2S was outstanding to work with as the corrected this problem. If you have any questions they have the answers to help you out👍

Parts: Derailleur Guard
I installed this guard on my all terrain scout. Had to put it in a vise and bend it to fit perfectly. Looks great!

Love the bike. Well made and rides great. Only issue is I wish M2S would make it easier to find directions on their videos. Wasn't always intuitive on where to go.

Replacement Digital Display
Thank you very much the controller solved issue with display, can't thank you enough for your help over the phone, one thing that I did find when installing new controller, sometimes when I went over large bumps dirt trail I would lose all power I found positive wire from battery was not the same connector as the new controller, was a blue solderless crimp female connector not crimped enough wiggling around, I soldered both negative and positive battery cables and double heat shrink, thanks again ,Fred james - I do have one question though when pushing button for odometer and miles the third one is distance? Can you explain or it doesn't pertain to my bike , have a wonderful day , bike on

i love this bike! It’s both awesome and fun at the same time. I use it to work out by pedaling at a very low power level and I use it to motor along with a smile on my face as I pass others by. Tremendous value, very well made, solid, sturdy. Mucho thanks!

Just received my bike. Easy to finish out of the box. I changed a few things for my ease of use. A few wires moved. Had it out for a ride. He'd to change the screen around take your time not impossible. Follow the step by step on your computer to get you though it.
