Replacement Cassette
I was delighted with the prompt response. The new cassette appears to be configured with more teeth per sproket, which means much lower gearing for climbing on single track trails. Also with less PAS required. I am greatly concerned, however, to learn that M2S has discontinued my bike (FS Max), with respect to the availability of replacement parts in the future.

I was a little scriptural, not being able to test drive the bike. This was my first experience with an E Bike. Am I impressed! I received the bike in it packaging, the shipping took 3 days everything was packaged perfectly, no damage to any component. It took me 20 minutes to assemble, and I was off riding. To date I have put 150 miles on it with no issues.

Bike is great when in tune. Original chain came in damaged and was replaced quickly. Break calliper became lose on third ride, started vibrating/squeeling and had to be professionally replaced.

Extremely happy with my M2S purchase. I shopped for 4 months and evaluated countless bikes and brands before deciding on the R750 HT. Customer service has been great. The guys at M2S are patient and responsive with newbies like me. If you are considering this bike, my advice to you is to buy it. You will not be disappointed. Shipping was quick. Ordered on a Tuesday, delivered on Friday. I’ve had the bike now for about 7 weeks and have put about 700 miles on it so far, mostly traveling dirt roads here in rural western PA. Keep in mind the bikes are big. I am 5’11” with 32+ inseam, and the medium is a perfect fit. I would definitely not want it any bigger. You’re not going to find a better fat tire bike in this price range. Just buy it. You’ll be glad you did.

ATYPICAL SLOOOOOW DELIVERY! Lower your expectations if you live West of the Rockies. Even though tracking showed that the bike was in town, the shipping company MISSED 3 appointments, from Tuesday to Thursday, and the truck finally and unexpectedly delivered the bike at Friday 5PM!
Great bike for the value otherwise!

When my bike arrived the first thing I noticed was how well it was packed and it had been handled with care during shipping. My bike was easy to assemble and the instructions online were helpful. I was out and riding my bike within an hour. The overall build quality and quality of the components used is far better than I expected and much better than other EBike brands I considered purchasing. I was also happy that my bike came with 26 x 4.5 tires which just look awesome! The overall ride and functioning of the bike has been great! Only have about 50 miles on it so far, but looking forward to many rides in the days to come. Also, this was the only bike I found online that came in XL frame size. I’m 6’4” and frame size was a critical factor in my decision to purchase this bike. The customer service and sales team at M2S are great and responsive. If you are in the market for a well designed, well engineered and fun to ride EBike, then M2S bikes is the only way to go in my opinion.

All Terrain Scout ST
Very fun bike! I love my M2S Scout! I previously purchased the 750HT Pro medium frame and it was much too big for me. I am shorter at 5’3” and struggled to get on and off of it. I sold it to my dad and bought the Scout. The Scout is the absolutely perfect size for me - not too big but not too small. The basket in the front is another great bonus as I can carry cargo on the front and rear. Now Dad and I can ride together. Very happy with the Scout. Perfect bike for a shorter rider.
