Ordered the steamed Walnut custom cut countertop. It turned out fantastic and we get lots of complements! Great price and service. Packaged well for shipment and arrived without any damage. Extremely happy with our purchase from Hardwood Lumber.

Rustic White Oak Wide Plank (Face Grain) Countertop
The product was good. However, a knot in the wood was filled using a very light filler. It would have looked much better filled with a darker compound.

Hard Maple End Grain Butcher Block Countertop
Extremely beautiful piece of woodwork, your company is amazing. Not cheap but worth every penny!!! Wish we would’ve known about and considered an island top for the kitchen using this product of instead of granite.

Walnut Wide Plank (Face Grain) Countertop
The wood was beautiful and arrived in nearly flawless condition (there was a slight dent on one corner, which I’m sure happened in shipping). But it was very small, and I was planning to route the corners with a rounder bit anyway, so it didn’t make a difference.

Hard Maple Edge Grain Butcher Block Countertop
My countertop arrived in perfect condition. Before shipping I asked for if one foot could be cut off and both pieces shipped, and the staff was very workable. I am grateful for the excellent service!

Rustic Walnut Edge Grain Butcher Block Countertop
Great product, looks just like how it is pictured once you cover it with clear epoxy or oil. Beautiful craftsmanship with a time from purchase to receive on my end taking roughly 3 weeks, great turnaround for being such a busy and successful company. Highly recommend and will purchase again in the future from you. Thank you for your time and quality. - Sam

Rustic White Oak Wide Plank (Face Grain) Countertop
We’re really happy with the countertops. The sizes were excellent, delivery time was excellent and quality is pretty good. My only complaint would be the putty used in the knot wholes is a bit light after having preserved it with mineral oil. I’m not sure what could be done there other than you asking what common method of treating them we we’re going to use IE mineral oil, stain etc and offering a few shade choices. The filler just stands out a bit too much.

I ordered walnut stair treads as well as risers for a home retrofit project. The treads I ordered stained and finished and the results were beautiful. Couldn’t be more pleased.
