Hard Maple Wide Plank (Face Grain) Countertop
Nice wood and workmanship. Looks good on the island cabinet. Drawback was the shipping cost (heavy piece of wood) but could not find a similar product locally.

Red Oak Edge Grain Butcher Block Countertop
I ordered an 8" long 25 inch wide finished countertop, and used it to make a really big and really beautiful desk. I am glad that I paid for Hardwood Lumber to do the finish, not only did it save me the time, it is of a higher quality than anything that I have ever done as a sometimes wood worker. It was delivered within the projected delivery time and came well packaged. If you order a big piece have a friend on hand to help you move it, these things are SOLID.

Hard Maple Edge Grain Butcher Block Cutting Board
I am so pleased, the wood is beautiful, perfectly smooth and covers my kitchen sink perfectly. I purchased the food grade oil finish and plan to put it to use when I start baking bread again - but for now, it is beautiful, sturdy and extends my useful counter space by about a foot and a half. They take their time finishing the wood correctly. I am very happy with this!

Hard Maple Stair Tread
I am a neophyte DIYer and had difficulty getting the correct measurements for treads to fit over rough construction stairs. I measured the stairs I have, as the only measurements I could actually obtain, and it wasn't clear to me from the instructions that I should have somehow extrapolated to the finished treads after they were in place to obtain the correct measurements. Consequently the treads are all too shallow, front to back. I'll have to hire a carpenter to modify them; I had planned to do it all myself and save costs on installation. The treads themselves, and the matching risers, are beautifully made and should be lovely when I can get them modified and installed.

Clear Poplar Stair Tread
Product came well packaged and as expected. Color variation across the board was very good and even the joints were not an eyesore. Boards took stain well and installed as expected. Very pleased with the results.

White Oak Wide Plank (Face Grain) Countertop
This piece is made from four joined together, the grains couldn't be more poorly matched. Looks nothing at all like the file photo and more like zebra stripes.

White Oak Wide Plank (Face Grain) Countertop
Looks NOTHING like the file photos, the grain is mismatched and does not resemble a single piece of wood.

Hickory Stair Tread
I got it bull nose and unfinished. It looks beautiful and better than a tread I got from another supplier. The only thing that irritated me was the wine voucher the sent. Please just send a thank you card next time!

Hard Maple Stair Tread
I ordered two new custom length stair treads to complement a new engineered kitchen floor. The millwork, staining and varnish were flawless. The treads were well packaged and arrived undamaged. Customer service contacted me to ensure I understood how they would treat the custom size I requested, I appreciated the extra touch. Great order fulfillment for a highly customized product.
