I ordered a 9' x 18" x 1.5" bartop and it came exactly as I specified. It took about a week longer to ship than I was told, but keeping 5 stars based on the quality of the work. After I signed for the delivery, I opened it up and found that one edge had a dent about 3 inches long from shipping, but the dark walnut stain I used makes it barely noticeable. Would recommend more padding on the inside of the box.

Walnut Rustic Cutting Board
I ordered the Rustic Edge in Walnut, with a juice groove on one side, as this solid-piece board is reversible. I expected the edges (or at least 2 edges) to be rough, however one face of the board could have used a bit more sanding. I had it finished in food grade mineral oil, and a good job was done with that. The slab itself was quite beautiful, with only a slight color difference of lighter wood showing. I actually wish there had been more. Although I didn't, I would recommend the addition of finger slots, as this is a rather heavy board. Quality of lumber 5. Attention to detail 4. Customer service 5. Lead time 4. Shipping cost 4. Value 5. Overall 4+ Stars. Would definitely purchase again.
