The ordering process was good, the wood is good and the delivery was also good, but those dings and dents are awful. I don't think those should be an option. Not rustic in the least.

Walnut Signature Blended Grain Butcher Block Countertop
I’m so happy with how this custom butcher block turned out. It’s gorgeous and great quality. I’m so glad i chose to do a detail in the edge. It makes it look very high quality and custom. The color is beautiful!
It did arrive with a few small scratches in the wood which is why i gave 4 starts instead of 5 but over all I’m so happy with how it turned out

Clear Cherry Wide Plank (Face Grain) Countertop
I purchased a relatively small clear cherry countertop and matching shelf. I am very pleased with the products, and based on my experience I would recommend Hardwood Lumber without any reservations. Ordering was easy. The website provided accurate and useful images of the different wood finish styles and edges. I was a little worried that the site only lets you specify one edge style, but after I ordered I was immediately contacted by email to provide the details for all the edges. I received email updates on the manufacturing and shipping progress, and the products were delivered very promptly. They came in perfect condition and are quite beautiful. Thank you to the members of the Hardwood Lumber team!

I have an odd shaped step that's bigger than my local stores carry lumber for, so I ordered a custom step from Hardwood Lumber Co. Turned out great. Shipping was in the timeframe they quoted, and it was packed well. I'd definitely buy from them again.

Rustic Walnut Wide Plank (Face Grain) Countertop
The top was better than described online. It was very well package for shipping and arrived undamaged. The rustic edge finish is excellent and receives a lot of attention from guests that see it. The top is so nice I had a piece of glass cut and placed on top to keep it from getting stained or damaged.
