Rustic Hickory Edge Grain Butcher Block Countertop
The customer service is alive and well with this company. I had ordered some rustic hickory tops for a new work bench. One of the pieces I ordered had some delaminating issues at one end. I contacted Hardwood Lumber via email with a photo of the problem and they quickly responded to me with several solutions to the problem for me to choose which one was best for my needs.

Red Oak Edge Grain Butcher Block Countertop
I had leftover stone countertop for a cabin kitchen, but not quite enough to cover a 24 inch cabinet to the side.
So I had a butcher block piece made, matching it to some oak backsplash. It looks great, and is functional.

Fit Like a Glove!

Hard Maple Edge Grain Butcher Block Countertop
After a good amount of research and planning I went ahead and ordered from Hardwood Lumber Co - and I am glad I did. I provided the specs for the Countertop as well as the sink cutout and everything was very accurate. I went with an acrylic finish to be able to use this for food prep and so that it would be waterproof. They even sent me the section they cut out for the sink - so I plan on creating a cutting board out of that! All in all I would say the service, quick responses to questions through the design process and quality of the product is outstanding. Only thing I would do different is make a better plan for the delivery - what I ordered was 12' in length and about 250lbs - getting it off the box truck with a lift gate and then into the garage was a challenge!

We are so glad to hear that you are pleased with the accuracy of the sink cutout and the quality of the product you received. We apologize that the delivery was a challenge due to the size and weight of your order. Red Oak Landing Tread
Had good experience with chat/site. Product, price, value aligned. Two part order. Landing tread fulfilled on time. However, main order of treads required multiple touchpoints. Overall impression was status of fulfillment of treads lost upon completion of fulfilment of landing tread and had to remind business that treads were not delivered. Treads delivered 3 weeks after quoted timeframe.
