Ash Stair Tread
The wood is beautiful and each piece was wrapped like a mummy so absolutely no scratches or dents. Arrived in perfect condition as if we'd picked it up ourselves at the store.
The quality speaks for itself and we thought the price was very reasonable, especially compared to what we saw at the big box stores.
Will definitely shop Hardwood Lumber again.

Rustic Cherry Edge Grain Butcher Block Countertop
The website asks for reviews but only gives a five star option. This should tell you all you need to know. $6,000 countertop came in warped and chipped. Would give 1 star and hope someone reads this

The length of piece I ordered was not what I received. Hardwood Lumber Company made the correction, arranged for Fed Ex pick up of the incorrect piece, made the correct length, and I received the correct dimensions within a week of notifying them of the mistake.

Rustic Hickory Floating Shelf
I ordered a simple hickory shelf with a natural finish. I couldn’t be happier with the result. The selection of wood for this project was perfect with lots of character. The milling and finishing was as high-end as you could get. The wait time on the project was reasonable as was the cost. I am definitely going to be a repeat customer!

Round Knotty Pine Wide Plank (Face Grain) Table Top
This is exactly what we needed to fix a stool that my wife’s grandfather built. The stool top was only 3/4” and even though Hardwood Lumber Co. makes all their table tops to a minimum thickness of 1”, they did the custom planing as requested.
I was informed that due to the custom request that they would not be able to warranty the table top, but I’m fine with this as the piece is not meant to carry a lot of weight.
Great communication and quick turnaround to get my piece. Would definitely recommend and buy it again!

White Oak Floating Stair Tread
This was very smooth sailing. I ordered treads with specifications for rout-outs for floating stringer’s flanges attachment. As a contractor I expect the the project to go smoothly and this was smooth as it gets. The treads came wrapped up individually in immaculate packaging wrapped in styrofoam and cardboard for minimal damage. Reveal was also happy one, because when you order online, you never know what you’ll get. Well, treads are beautiful and finish is gorgeous and I love my stairs. Best part was I had 15 steps installed under half hour. It took me longer to unwrap them how well they were packaged. My treads were prefinish and I just dropped them in. Great workmanship and care for detail.
Thank you Hardwood Lumber Co for making my day!!!

We ordered the counter top for a non-standard size kitchen island. It fits perfectly! The wood tones and grain are beautiful and it was well packaged and protected during shipment so no disappointment there from a damaged product. The staff were great to work with and now our go-to is Hardware Lumber Co.!

Ash Wide Plank (Face Grain) Countertop
The wood itself was well packaged and came in great shape. My only concern is that I didn’t know when it was coming. The delivery company gave me a date but the time was very wide. It was expected to rain that day. That would have been an issue if I wasn’t home. Fortunate, it came first thing in the morning before the rain so I was able to be home.
