Stairs turned out beautifully. A couple of them had planer marks visible but nothing sanding could not fix

A sample match request was submitted with a selected sample. The representative responsed that a different product would be a better choice for matching. The company’s suggested sample was a much better match.

Easy to work with. Gorgeous piece of butcher block and packaged to protect from damage! Amazing!! Will buy again and recommend to friends

Beautiful quality. Just what we were looking for. Much better than anything one would get at the big box stores.

I highly recommend Hardwood Lumber Co. The Maple Blended Grain Butcher Block Countertop I got from them were incredible. Website was very easy to navigate and order the needed sizes. Good communication throughout the process of when items were in production to when they were shipped. When they arrived on schedule they were well packed/protected and of very good quality. I will definitely be using them for any other specialty needs! Thank you!!

Great company to work with, the order process was so simple, and the product was delivered in a timely manner. The product itself is so beautiful, exceeded my expectations!!

It's beautiful! I luv it. Functional, yes, but also a beautiful piece out in my kitchen. Thanks!

exellent product and delivery

Overall, this is a beautiful product. There are some things that are a bit unexpected, and probably mostly my fault, but they did take me by surprise. The color is pretty different t than I expected; I ordered a sample, but it had the salad bowl finish rather than the poly (which is what we ultimately ordered) and the difference in finishes resulted in very different coloring. I should have ordered a second sample with the poly. The second thing that I was a bit miffed about was the actual durability. We went back and forth about whether to order the salad bowl or poly finishes, but ultimately went with the poly because it’s what was recommended for countertops. This has turned out to be less durable than I expected. We’re not careless with our things at all, but almost immediately scratches started showing up and light use is reflected in a big way. Not a huge deal, we’ll just lean into a more weathered look, but if I’d known it wasn’t going to be all the durable, I would have just leaned into the butcher block look and gone with the salad bowl finish, especially since I liked the color better. All that said, it’s still beautiful, the craftsmanship is great, and any issues are likely my fault for not asking more questions or ordering different samples.

Excellent product. Shipped faster than promised. Perfect size for our needs. The only complaint - if one would call it that - is I had understood there would be finger slots on the sides to make it easier to move. However, there were none. That said, I really don’t need them and actually think it is better without.

Stunning product and great turnaround. My first shipment arrived damaged by the courier. HLC promptly built and resent a replacement piece free of charge. All millwork was accurate down to a 1/16 of an inch. All as advertised. You guys earned a lifelong customer. I will be back.
