Really great customer service. I submitted measurements that were too short for my project. They gleefully agreed to add a width dimension for a small fee. The finished table top is beautiful

Beech Edge Grain Butcher Block Countertop
I’ve bought several tops from you guys with no issues and excellent service. However this particular top warped significantly. I managed to get some of the warpage out with multiple trips to the job site but not completely. Not sure if it was the species we chose or what caused the issue but I will still continue to buy from you guys in the future
Response from Hardwood Lumber Company
Nov 16, 2023
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the top warped significantly. Warping on large tops is common and can normally be fixed by installing the counter top and adding the proper support to the overhang. We take pride in the quality of our products and we apologize for any inconvience this may have caused! We appreciate your continued support and are glad to hear that you will still be ordering from us in the future.

Hard Maple Edge Grain Butcher Block Cutting Board
Very nice board.
The instructions said there might be a little roughness and if so to sand with a certain grade of sand paper. I found a few serious rough spots, but after sanding, which was very easy and quick, the board was PERFECT. Since then, really wonderful. So new buyers, heed these instructions. It does lead to a wonderful board. Love it.
