Product is great, but it took much longer than expected. Communication at times was also delayed.

Brazilian Cherry (Jatoba) Stair Tread
We love these stair treads. They are Brazilian cherry with 3 coats of Danish oil and 3 coats of wipe on polyurethane. Customer service was excellent and made sure we had a great product. Thank you!

Rustic Hickory Wide Plank (Face Grain) Countertop
I created my own sit/stand desk using this rustic hickory hardwood piece and a DIY electric frame I purchased. The finished desk is very nice and I love it. I finished it myself with oil-based poly and did the sanding/prep work. I would have given it 5 stars, but the top surface had 1 or 2 small voids that were not filled (and I missed them myself) and became more visible or rough during the finishing process. I can also see some other voids were filled by HLC prior to my receipt as well....so be aware some rustic pieces can have this. When I attempt to refinished it again after many years of use, I'll fill them next time. :)

Clear Alder Edge Grain Butcher Block Countertop (Copy)
Bought a single piece unfinished. Took a lot longer than expected, perhaps due to Covid. Looks nice after I applied a finish.

Walnut Edge Grain Butcher Block Countertop
A couple of months ago I really needed some nice high quality butcher blocks for my focal kanta2 speakers to sit on and I came across the hardwood lumber co online decided to do the measurements and put in a order for 2 blocks. Up on receiving them I was impressed by how solid and well done they where they made a big difference for what I needed them for they look beautiful.

Beech Backsplash
The product is great. The Sales Representatives are very professional and efficient.
In my case, though, I needed to return the first order I placed because of a wrong measurement, and your 20% restock fee, plus your expensive return charge, ate up most of the balance on the order.

Walnut End Grain Butcher Block Cutting Board
This cutting board is beautiful and works great. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is that the grain is a little rough in one direction and so if you try to wipe it off with a paper towel it tears the paper apart and the paper bits get caught in the grain of the board.

Love the look of our cutting board and it’s utility! We liked it so much we’re replacing our entire island top with a huge butcher block top from Hardwood Lumber! Can’t wait!

The piece of wood itself was perfect for the project I had in mind. The only downside with the length of time it took to actually receive it.
