I have been very pleased with the quality of the unfinished hard maple and wormy maple (Acacia) countertops I’ve received from Hardwood Lumber. I was also very pleased that the leftover cut pieces from the miter cuts and my range cutout were sent to me per my request. Dimensionally the tops were spot-on to my requested sizes and the 1/2” radiused edges were all applied at the correct locations. The packaging of the countertops was first cabin and there was no observable damage to any of the slabs. A generous amount of thin foam padding between the wood layers no doubt facilitated this.
I had an issue with not having the miter joint hardware included with the shipment. I called the provided contact number, explained the situation and a sufficient number of clamps along with a few extra ones was expedited that day and I had them post haste.
Everyone that has seen my new countertops (now finished with Waterlox tung oil stain and topcoat) has been very complimentary of them including my home remodeler whom I’m betting will be a future Hardwood Lumber customer.
Your website and its ordering approach is commendable and made the ordering approach a very pleasant one. Also, getting an approval drawing for the countertop with range cutout (based on my submitted drawing for my countertops) for my approval and signature inspired confidence that I was going to get what I ordered and put my mind at ease with this approx. $5K purchase.
To summarize, Hardwood Lumber Company exceeded my expectations. Thank you.

At this point I am unsatisfied with the process because the updates indicated my order shipped out Monday and I was told the delivery time to Texas would be 4 days. The updates indicated it arrived in Irving Thursday but then all communication has stopped.
I have not received the delivery.
Frustrated because I don’t know where it is or when it will arrive, which I thought was the purpose of update system. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.
