Amazing piece of Maple! I ordered a seconds piece that actually was the exact size I needed, that was just luck. But the piece came finished and exceeded expectations, smooth, hardly a mark on it and packed well. Not to mention shipping from OH to TX was very fast for its size, 100% recommend Hardwood Lumber Co.

Beautiful walnut full grain wood
For a waterfall minibar counter. Packaging and delivery was safe and no box damages. Not excited about the fee for the lock account information. Feels like an unwarranted charge on my order where budgets are tight. The tracking app is separate upload as well, so I ended up using the fedex order number for tracking. If I were a repeat customer I could see this security on my account. But I was not happy about the 18$ charge at the register.

The team at Hardwood Lumber was very helpful and proactive, thinking to ask a question about our order to provide the best chance at a product we would love. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. We rarely give 5 stars but the team provided customer service at a level we thought wasn't found anywhere in the consumer marketplace today...Hardwood Lumber's team proved us wrong.

I ordered a custom made large white oak cutting board. I received it within two weeks and was kept appraised of the production of the cutting board and the shipping. It arrived in very good condition. I highly recommend Hardwood Lumber Company!

Phenomenal product! We ordered two one-inch-think maple table tops for refinishing a couple of dressers into bathroom vanities. We were *very* happy with the quality when it arrived! Even the feel of the wood was excellent. I kept looking at it thinking they'd made a mistake and sent us a veneered product or in some way they'd cheated. It was so smooth and well finished, it almost looked like a photoshopped fake, and yet it was in my hands, physically there, not just a picture on the screen. But no, it was simply beautiful, high quality, solid wood all the way through.

Product looks great
Was expecting it earlier kinda threw me off my install schedule
Do you have suggestions for “blind” fastener install methods or devices? Installing in place of existing treads — want to avoid nail holes…

The product gets 5 stars and the time to complete job gets high grades as well. But the shipping was awful. The shipping company didn’t have a lift gate large enough for product. They required me to have two people availble in a 4 hr time window to manually take the packaged 200 lb countertop off the truck or they would return package. I have minded less if I didn’t have to pay upward of $350 for delivery
