Hello! The quality was beautiful and I was initially really excited to receive the item. Unfortunately after 1 use and wash the board has a 1 inch split on one of the end grain connections. I understand maple would be more susceptible to water damage compared to plastic or bamboo but I wasn’t expecting it to crack after 1 use. I really hope I will be able to get a replacement as I’ve always wanted a really nice, maple cut board and this would have been my first I actually decided to purchase. Pictures of the board can be provided or the board sent back!

Hi! I am very satisfied with the solid wood table top that I ordered, it is beautiful and well
made! I ordered a 36" round wood butcher block table top with a 7/16" rounded edge. I was
expecting the top and bottom edge to be rounded but just the top edge had the round.
I was disappointed at first but have come to be ok with it, maybe even like it better that way. I
guess that I should have specified that detail because the table top is a custom made piece.
I will be buying mineral oil to condition the wood regularly. Thank you for the beautiful table top! - Rick Buckley
