Quick, easy and efficient. Ordering was a piece of cake and the many options for the piece (countertop) were plentiful. Would highly recommend!

I was very lucky to find a factory seconds counter top that was within an inch in length and width to what I was planning on ordering. The shipping was very quick and came undamaged. The hickory itself looks great and knots were filled. Having the Countertop come unfinished allowed me to make it my own and really bring out the natural colors! Looking forward to this being the centerpiece in the kitchen

The shelves arrived separately. Yet all arrived in good shape and the quality was excellent and just what I ordered. Beautiful and just what I envisioned.

Extremely happy with the entire process... Any questions I had someone from support would reach out to me and answer any questions I had. Delivery was quick and went without issue. The countertop itself was perfect and exactly what we were hoping for.

Ordering the maple tabletop was easy from their website. Customer service was accessible readily by phone. The product shipped on a Monday after Labor Day and arrived Thursday morning as scheduled by FedEx ground. The tabletop was beautifully crafted. Even the back side finish was very good. Both sides of the table have been sealed using an oil base, satin finish polyurethane with 2 coats on the top side bringing out the beauty of the wood grain. Expectations fully met.

I would have given your company a five star review if the turn around time would have been better and the smaller countertop was correctly as ordered. Items were ordered on 7/31/23 and received on 8/28/23. The smaller countertop did not have a bullnose edge on both length sides. However, a credit was issued for that mistake

I ordered oak step treads online. Ordering was easy, well-organized, and well-explained. The delivery of the product seemed to be somewhat delayed from the estimate made when I ordered, and as I thought the order was late and I had not heard anything, I tried to reach Hardwood Lumber by email, chat and telephone. No one answered any of my attempts, and I began to worry the company had disappeared. But then I got a notice from FedEx that a shipment was coming and a day or two later they appeared. The step treads are splendid-- very nicely made and exactly as specified. So in the end I am quite pleased.

It is great except that my instructions were for the back edge to also be finished as it will be visible and it was not finished. It won’t matter as I will be able to use this tread for the one stair that backs on to a riser where that back edge won’t be seen but when I when order the other 16 treads, it will be important to not repeat this error on those. Lovely product otherwise though.
