Poor customer service and slow to respond. Some product looks like It was last bits combined.

I stumbled upon HLC when I was looking for a slab for a countertop and was fortunate enough to find the perfect one in factory seconds. It arrived more than a week before the estimate, was really well protected in the packaging, and it looks gorgeous in our house. I can’t wait for the next project so I can use them again!

Product was perfect and exactly as I expected.

Very much like the communication line re my order. Can’t wait to get it. Tomorrow is my delivery day. Thanks so much. Anne

SLOW

The good news, I received the samples. The bad news, it took over 5 weeks to deliver them, more than twice the time quoted when placing an order. IT gives me pause about the company's ability to deliver a countertop in the stated times.

Easy process and great turn out.

Seriously such a beautiful piece of butcher block!! Easy to communicate with them about my order and shipped in a timely manner after the project was completed. I will be buying again!

I write this review, accepting responsibility for not better understanding how to order the correct counter-tops, but also feel that there should have been some red flags on the company end that could have improved my overall experience. I thought I had ordered two pieces of counter top, one that was 25 inches by 6 feet and one that was 19 inches by 8 feet. I spent over $250 (which I thought was an amazing deal) and upon receipt, I received a piece that was 25” X 6” and another which was 19” X 6”. Not realizing that the form was requesting the length in inches versus feet (again...my bad). But it seems like someone in customer service should have taken note of the small dimensions and followed up with an email to confirm the correct measurements. No such contact was ever attempted or made. As it is I now have a couple of very expensive, small blocks of wood. If your company is truly interested and focused on customer satisfaction, as your website says, I would encourage you to implement a confirmation practice when it is obvious that the dimensions were not accurate for a counter top and/;or anything else useful.

Excellent and couldn't be happier with the products I purchased. Definitely exceeded my expectations. The order process was simple, and the product arrived in a timely manner with no damages.

Excellent product.

Hardwood Lumber took my measurements, and created exactly my counter tops. The wood is smooth and the finish is perfect. The hickory wood grain is interesting and compliments our kitchen. thank you for a job well done!

I have been very impressed with the order and customer service process. Very responsive and helpful interactions.

If I had one tweak, before seeing product, it would be to have higher quality images of the various choices. The pictures are low resolution and dark, making them hard to view.

Overpriced for the quality.

My cutting board arrived in great condition and is a work of art. It's almost too beautiful to use. It looks great in my new kitchen and I have received many compliments. Thank you for a quality product. I would love to see how they are constructed.

Easy process and very happy with the final product.
My table looks great!

Floating shelf was well made and beautiful. Mounting hardware fit perfectly and was easy to attach to wall. Some recommendations to the company are 1) add many more mounting holes for screws as the pre-drilled holes may not line up with the wall studs when mounting. Also include wax or some other long lasting lubricant for easy removal of shelf

Beautiful stair treads came in just a few weeks.

Product exceeded my expectation and service was quick with great communication. Highly recommend.

The tops were delivered today when uncrated the island top is sticky and has bubbles in one area. I removed the plastic protector to allow air on the top but I am not sure if the bubbles will go away?
