I haven't received my products yet, so that may alter this review. However, when ordered,
I was given a delivery date of July 21. I never received any updates as of July 21, so I called to ask. Customer service was not helpful - simply said that it took longer. Today, July 24, I got an email for updated delivery, which said it should arrive by July 21 - so we are apparently able to bend time to get it to me at the time that it was promised initially, and then in a follow up email after that date. For the amount spent, I would have expected a better experience with preparation and customer service. I understand that things may delay it - but communicate delays and if a customer who spent what I just did calls in, act that you care just a bit.

Overall, a very good experience and would recommend! It might be helpful to provide a little bit more visibility on the exact progress of the order on a day-by-day frequency, for instance: starting glue up, or drying/cutting/planing/sanding/staining, etc. Visibility on projected ship date would be helpful as well.

I ordered two fully-finished Cherry floating shelves with hardware on the website. The site was easy to use, and explained all the options. The price was a lot more than I expected, but I ordered them anyway. They just arrived a few days ago, and I am totally impressed with the quality and workmanship. The level of detail is amazing, and the finish is absolutely gorgeous! I opted for the multi-coat urethane satin finish, and it is flawless. super smooth and not a single dust speck. The custom-made mounting brackets are mortised-in to the back of the shelf, and they fit like a glove. The install was easy and they look fantastic. Now I understand why they were so expensive - the quality of the end result is worth it. I plan to order more of these for other rooms in the house. Very happy with the ordering process, good communication, and fast shipping.
