Thank you so much! Bar top is exactly how I wanted it to look. Couldn’t be more pleased with the website and the company itself.

Products have all been EXCELLENT! Very happy with my 3 orders. Only recommendation is to either keep the Order status page for customers up to date, or don't use it at all. I received an email with a link so I could check my order status. When I logged in, my order status page didn't show my current order at all and still showed my previous order as in-process. Very confusing.

Quality of lumber was extremely albeit very pricey. Delivery took several weeks. Product was well packaged and there was no damage.

I am totally dumbfounded that a simple order that would only require two cuts (unfinished rectangular wood) would take two weeks to process! I can only imagine how long it might have taken if I added "endcaps", "edge detail", "finish" and "texture" to my order... perhaps a year?!?
I have yet to receive my order, but felt compelled to leave you this review! This was my first and would likely be my LAST purchase!

Always hard to do reviews when the product hasn't been used long enough for a solid review. But the service from the company is top notch. Absolute professionals. And the product is very nice upon receipt. Happy I didn't choose another vendor for this project and glad I used this company.

Beautiful wood, easy to use online configuration tools to order exactly what you need, and good customer service to confirm that you are going to get what you ordered. Even arrived on the early side. Highly recommend.

I was happy with the product but unfortunately the shipping and production of the counter were a real set back. When I placed my order on 5/24/23 my eta was 6/9-6/13. My order never entered production until the 6th and shipped the 12th. Once it shipped my new eta was the 21st which was far past my install date. I still didn’t receive it until the 23rd and there were no expedited options just lift truck or no lift truck. Once my delivery made it the driver didn’t drive into the driveway he parked on the street used a pallet jack and then pushed it into the gravel and left. Unfortunately I lost all future buisness with my customer due to the time it took for the countertop because they needed it for the upcoming holiday. So as I mentioned good product, but production and shipping need improvement.

the ordering experience was easy but the amount of time the website said it would take to ship (1-2 weeks) ended up taking a month. I reached out multiple times and the customer service reps were helpful but it just took a lot longer than we expected.

It was a pleasure dealing with Hardwood Lumber Company. The staff was responsive and great communicators. The white oak butcher block I purchased for a Client’s project was beautiful and was as expected. I look forward to doing more purchases with Hardwood Lumber on future projects.

Countertop is beautiful; cutout for sink is perfect. Took longer than the advertised time, but customer service was great and easy to work with.

Defect to the product received. Cannot ascertain as normal due to how it's made. However, seems like a manufacturer defect. For the price point would not recommend to others. Additionally, not looking to wait for replacement. Please follow up would love to show pictures.

We are very pleased with our replacement tread! We own a home built in 1939. The staircase leading upstairs and the hardwood floors are Red Fir milled from Old Growth Douglas Fir locally which is not available anymore. It was a perfect match! Tight grained and the cut was exact….thank you all at Hardwood Lumber….Happy 4th!

Thank you
Everyone that I spoke to were kind knowledgeable and helpful I am excited for the finished product. It was our first time ordering so it was a little hard to convey our sink cutout position.
Thanks again
