Good customer service. Product was exactly as advertised. Will definitely you again

Great quality and timeliness.

Everything arrived in great shape, on time and very well packed!! Excellent service and communication.

I’m not sure why you shipped my order to my billing address after assuring me you had my address correct. I cannot comment on product as I probably won’t see it until august now.

Countertops were perfect, costumer service was excellent

It was great. Online ordering was super easy and email questions and answers were very fast. I am looking forward to see the finished product - White Oak Edge Grain Butcher Block Countertop - in the next few days.

Absolutely great company to do business with. Great quality

I am so happy I found this company!!! I was searching for reasonably priced maple stair treads and had almost given up! As an added bonus I could choose custom width. My current treads were 36 1/2 inches and every other supplier wanted me to buy 42” and waste 5 1/2 inches of material.

Shipping was fed ex ground in several packages and damage free. Treads were sanded smooth but I finished them off with 220 paper to clean them up a bit. A couple of them had planer marks close to an edge but nothing sand paper couldn’t fix!

I'm very pleased with Hardwood Lumber Co. The customer service I received from them was exemplary. Thanks for the quality service!

Very pleased with communication on order, on quality of shelves, and with mounting hardware!

Excellent butcher block. Exceeds my expectations.

Beautiful shelves and delivery was on time and in good condition. Could use a couple of extra screws - the screw heads were soft and stripped during installation. Shelves look great and will be finishing shortly.

Easy to order beautiful product arrived well packed

Great service first of all and a great selection of wood products. I have not received my product yet but the service has been outstanding

Good communication during the processing and ultimately a very nice product arrived.

Ordering experience was fine. Website was easy to use and select countertop details. There were no issues during the order process.

Customer service is unexperienced with the products, countertop details, and unable to make any recommendations or suggestions. They were not able to state anything more than what was already stated on the website. I was told it was possilbe to use a CAD drawing for the sink cutout but than someone else told me to provide a drawing. A detailed drawing was already provided but still asked for counter top details. Also, they are unprofessional and do not followup with customers via phone calls or email.

Inquiries, on all occasions, were never followed-up. Even upon receiving 3 out 4 damaged counters I was told that there is nothing they can do until Monday and they were getting off in a half hour. The following Monday they never contacted me on the damaged order or the replacement process. I conacted the customer service and than was told I could have it fixed or a replacement sent. For over $3,000 of counter tops that should not even been considered to have it fixed. Also, than I was told I would receive an e-mail on the return process. Still have not received it.

My suggetions for the company.
(1) Resolve the issues with the customer service.
(2) Ship the countertops in wooden crates with appropiate protection, and not on pallets wrapped in cardboard. My $3,000 counters were damaged by shipping.
(3) Provide better and more photos of the counter top details. For example, edge details of 1/8, 1/2, etc... A close-up & far away photo.

Hardwood lumber was timely and communicative and our new custom countertops look great!

I was skeptical ordering online from a company that I found on google. But we could not be happier with the results! Great quality and great communication! Thank you for our beautiful Kitchen Island butcher block

Great Service! Great Product! Just as requested!
