They are not cheap but the product is great. You get a precise fit to your custom measurements and it is beautiful. We are replacing our old Formica kitchen countertops and we are loving it. Their web ordering system can be confusing but then you get email contact with a person who take good care of you.

I ordered five maple countertop pieces, on line, that I used for making an audio rack. Ordering was not simple, because of the numerous options and parameters, but the site and process is intuitive. If anything, you should speak more about the high quality of your product. I can't say I've seen better. The "rough" wood arrived well packed and cut very precisely, and it required sanding only with very fine grits for finishing. This made finishing a one-day process. One board had a tiny void (split) at the end grain, that I filled, but it was not integral to the board's strength and was easy to rectify. The quality of the wood is outstanding. Consistent, well-manufactured, and beautiful. I was hesitant at first to spend a significant amount of money on such a project, but it turned out to be well worth it. What I have now is of much higher quality than a commercial product and it was still less expensive. I had one customer service experience to inqure about the status of my order and this was handled very well. I appreciate the updates I was sent through the production and shipping processes.

Table tops came out very nice..

Before ordering, i had questions and customer service was very helpful. My cutting board was a special order. I was little apprehensive buying online and thousands of miles away but the experience was wonderful. I did have to wait but they did send updates and did not forget me while I waited. The wait was worth it.

I bought 2 Beech wood countertops and they are beyond beautiful! I love that all the boards are one long length instead of small choppy looking pieces. Customer service was excellent! Shipping was fast and communication along the way was excellent. They arrived in perfect condition!
