My experience with Hardwood Lumber company, thus far, has been extraordinary. I say thus far as my product is shipped but not yet received. If the customer service, communications and flexibility are any indicator I’m going to be a very happy camper indeed. Thanks Hardwood Lumber.

The ordering process was easy. I contacted the company prior to ordering about any possible discounts and I was given a code for a 5% discount. Once I placed the order, I contact the company with concerns about the actual delivery, (we live in a rural area) they we very understanding and the delivery went without a hitch. There were update as the manufacturing process moved forward and we received a shipping notice once it was on its way. The freight packaging was terrific for such a heavy item (140 pounds) The final product was perfect and we have already had many compliments about the counter top - Chris

Ordering was easy, and I appreciated your clarification of the bevel. Customer service was prompt and courteous. The updates were appreciated, but inaccurate. My countertop was in "nearing completion" for 2 + weeks. The customer service agent did explain the delay (after my 2nd or 3rd email), but it would have been nice to get an email explaining the situation beforehand. Otherwise, very good product, and I would definitely use your company again and recommend it to others.
