The order customizations were flexible enough to fit my specifications, and I did not run into any problems completing the order. It was a smooth process. I never needed to interact directly with their team, but it all worked great online. I received my stair treads in great condition (well-packed, no damage during shipping), and they fit exactly as anticipated. The quality of the lumber is good, and the construction is solid. There were a couple tiny surface spots at the joints that appear to have been filled with wood putty, but I don't think they'll be too noticeable. I took a chance ordering online for my first time with this company, and I was pleasantly surprised. I will recommend Hardwood Lumber to friends and look forward to next time I can use them.

Pretty disappointed in the choice of wood pieces they used in my test step. I’m just blown away at why they used the piece they did. Defect garage piece of wood that should not have been used. I ordered one step to see what the quality was before ordering steps for the entire flight of stairs. I got ripped off.

I would recommend you do not use federal in the future. The driver called to tell me he couldn’t get down my driveway with his truck and so he left it near the end of our driveway out in the wet grass, when it was going to rain. He obviously had a dolly or a

We had to pay for another service to come with a vehicle that had forks so we could have it taken to our home
