I've been a loyal diehard Healthy Guy customer for over two years now. I've tried lots of other supports on the market so I wasn't sure what to expect with BeSerene IR cream. I put one pump of this on my wrists and within minutes felt a calmness! MINUTES! Not hours or days/weeks-- I love putting it on before bed because it helps me sleep noticeably better. My energy has gone through the roof. In all fairness I started a low histamine diet around the same time as starting holoimmune.
Either way, I’m feeling great and sleep about 6 hours instead of 8-9! Kinda drastic and I do love sleep, but I’m so grateful to be able to bounce out of bed without any sluggishness.
For the first time in years I’m an early bird and loving it.
Haven’t seen the results with food allergies yet, still dealing with that somewhat.
Either way, I’m feeling great and sleep about 6 hours instead of 8-9! Kinda drastic and I do love sleep, but I’m so grateful to be able to bounce out of bed without any sluggishness.
