I am posting about my experience with the Healthy Gut Program.
I am currently taking following regiment everyday.

Holozyme - 2 capsules
HCL -1 capsule
Magnesium - 1
I take the above @ 5am and 11am

Holozyme - 2 capsules
HCL Guard -1 capsule
I take the above at 4:30

Magnesium HP - 1 capsule
Amytriptyline 50mg - 1 Tablet
I take the above before bed.

I just started my 7th week on the program and I am feeling a huge difference with the Healthy Gut Program. I could not eat any food without have a flare up in my small intestine on my left side. I am also on disability because of all of this, I just got awarded the disability in May of this year. Thank you for your products, I am actually feeling like a human again. Uncertain after one week of use, but I trust the Healthy Gut products and am hopeful it will be a good addition to my supplement routine

It is nice to know that I will receive the products that I ordered.

I just started the Be Serene cream. I am using it before bedtime to sleep better.

I have been using Holozyme and Tributnyn for years and they have helped me recover from devastating GI issues. Now, with the addition of Holozyme and a new protocol, I am experiencing an even better state of health.

Adding TriButyrin-X has helped my bowels so much. I am pooping like a champ, regularly, easily and consistently. My stools are large and well formed now, after years of constipation, diarrhea, and everything in between. What. A relief!!

I love Magnesium HP, it helps me get the Magnesium I need without unnecessary additives. No other product out there like it.

So far the product seems to be working. I am also taking other products from healthy gut all at the same time so it’s hard to pinpoint which one is doing what, but loving all the products!
Histamine does seem to be getting better!

The magnesium seems to be helping to keep my blood pressure down. I am disappointed it doesn’t help my sleep.

I really like this product. I’ve tried other types of magnesium and this is the best for sleep I’ve ever found! Just taking 2 wondering if 3 would help my bowels more!

I've had severe ragweed allergies (40+ yrs) where I've had to take extra-strength anti-histamines from June - Oct. In the past 10 years, I changed my diet radically (GF + DF, then SCD, then Paleo AIP, and now Paleo) + my allergies improved dramatically, to only experiencing irritating symptoms for ~3 wks, without any OTC anti-histamines. Last year, I had a sudden + severe unexplained outbreak of eczema (hands, arms, chest, neck, face) + also had a tougher allergy season (6 wks).

The eczema got much worse through the winter months & I started HoloImmune this June to see if it could help -- lo & behold, my eczema has improved to only 2 small patches on each hand (& nowhere as itchy or broken as it had been), but best of all, I had 2-3 sneezy days this ragweed season + that was it! I've been trying many things to help the eczema + ragweed allergies, but this is the one item that I've introduced/done differently this year, and I have to give credit where it is due -- it has made a huge difference in my quality of life. It wasn't until I started to feel better that I realized how much of my energy was being drained by the constant pain of broken and bleeding skin, plus the stress and worry of the continually-worsening itchy rash, with the condition only made worse by the dermatologist-prescribed topical steroids. It is such a relief to be in so better of a place -- I am truly grateful for this product and would highly recommend it for anyone who relates to my history.

When I take Holozyme with my meals, I don't notice my digestion afterwards -- which is a great thing! But when I've run out, that's when I start to notice various issues (pain, gas, eczema, etc.) flaring up again. Holozyme has proven itself to be a very effective product for me and it's one that I prioritize in my budget. Thank you for making such a great product available -- I very much appreciate the quality, effectiveness and integrity of your work and your products that you & your team provide.

Unlike some other gut healing protocols, it was really refreshing to hear about a more comprehensive approach to healing leaky gut that is backed by robust research and that has a real message of hope and promise. I was impressed with the 5 layer approach and the way the information was presented. The support from Steven’s team has also been excellent. It’s nice to feel that there is someone there to help you on your healing journey.

It's going well so far but I need more time to see the benefits. I do love how the HCL pills are not huge though! Much easier to swallow :)

Wow! once i increased my dose to 4 caps daily, I noticed big changes in my digestion, my stool consistency and frequency, and my food sensitivities are much reduced. Thank you Steven for giving me back some freedom.
I am definitely on the mend after taking TribX for only eight weeks! Can't wait to see the rest of my improvements!
