Between all existing supplements, this is the first one you should try, it’s a game changer. You will notice an immediate boost in your digestion, absorption of nutrients, muscle build/recovery and better sleep. It feels like I’m back of some years "digestionally" speaking and I can eat more of the food that before made me think twice before putting in my stomach. My sweet spot is 3 capsules per meal but somtimes when I est less I take only one and that does the job as well. I was using another HCL supplement from another brand before but this is far away superior.

My digestion is a lot easier. I am now even able to digest foods to which I was sensitive. For me, that meant that I was getting bloated and was passing gases every time I ate those foods (like almonds and green beans). I tested myself yesterday and I had no problem digesting green beans and almonds. Whoo-hoo!
