I've tried other brands' HCL products as I have low stomach acids pretty much my whole life... (Developed multiple food allergies that trigger anaphylactic shocks) As I have started taking Healthy Gut's HoloZyme and HoloImmune, I decided to try their HCL. I'm not sure if it is because of this or the combination of all 3, but I can digest food now without being bloated or food sitting in my stomach for hours like before. I will definitely continue taking this and the other 2 products!

Magnesium HP is hands down the best magnesium I’ve ever taken. And I’ve taken more types and brands than I care to count. Zero upset stomach. Creates a nice calming feeling to drift into a peaceful sleep (I only take it at night). My Oura ring shows less movement at night when I take it. Only downside is the cost. It’s pretty expensive for a month supply (even if you order multiple bottles for the discount, it’s definitely the most expensive magnesium I’ve ever used).

I have had really debilitating heart burn over the last few years at one point it didn’t even matter what I ate. But since finding these tablets I haven’t had much trouble with heart burn and the first lot of pills I had really cleared my skin up too. Let me start by saying I absolutely LOVE Tributryn-X for creating a comfortable functional GI tract in addition to minimal heartburn. My doctor suggested I try a product with HCL and betaine to assist me in digesting my food better with the goal of assisting me in overcoming Hypochromic anemia. I think it is helping to reduce my heartburn - but hasn't eliminated it - and is gradually producing less constipation. One of the biggest challenges has been making sure I eat at least 7 grams of protein so I can take HCL Guard. I'm thinking after I restock Vitamin C and my B-vitamin complex I will be more able to overcome the anemia, and after I restock Tributryn-X I will better understand how well the HCL Guard functions.
