I am low and slow. I only take it every 3 days. It kinda hurts in my gut the day I take it; like a strong probiotic. The next day I do empty more productively and the day after that I feel "normal". then it starts all over again every three days. I've been taking it for a little over two weeks now. I have now added in HCL. That helps the bloat.

I haven't taken the pills long enough to know if they are working. One thing that I don't like is how you offer the product for less after I buy the first pills. It feels like it is less about health and more about selling more products. Why not just offer the lower price in the first place? I am buying these pills for myself and my husband and it is very expensive.
