I also take HoloZyme with Tributrin X at noon daily. I took HoloZyme only for 1 year b4 I learned about Tributyrin x . I’m not sure how it is affecting my digestion. But HoloZyme really improved my ability to digest foods. Tributyrin X has no negative affect. Take 1 of each daily at lunchtime.

Truly miraculous! For years I’ve had upset stomachs, bloating, general discomfort and slow digestion. A recent hair analysis revealed that I am very low in HCL and I decided to try this. I have severe recurring bloating and histamine symptoms (i.e. so many dietary restrictions). I had been taking other brand's digestive enzymes for years but lately these symptoms are getting worse due to stressful events, so I decided to try this as a last resort... I had to take 6 caps per meal to tell any difference but I started to notice that I can tolerate more carbs now, which is a big deal for me! I'm also taking 2 caps at bedtime. I just finished one bottle and will continue taking 4-6 caps per meal. Thank you for giving me a renewed hope that I can eat carbs again (especially apples and rice!) I have been taking Holoimmune for about three weeks now. I'm up to taking 3 a day and I noticed that when I increased my dosage the eczema that developed on my face was starting to heal. I'm not as sensitive to seasonal allergies as I usually am. I have been giving this product to my 8 year old son because he has been having so many allergy related symptoms (sneezing, congestion and dark circles under his eyes).
