Works great for helping digestion. Bloating nearly eliminated depending on what I ate and how much. Bowels were improved. I only rate 4 stars because the ginger in the HCL Guard causes me to break out on my face. I experience break outs on my face when I consume ginger in any form.

I have been taking the Tributyrin X for a little over a week. I started taking it several days apart. I almost immediately suffered constipation. I am now at the every other day phase. My bowel movements start hard but I have been gaining daily stools and they are starting to become more normal in texture. I feel better. Not as lethargic. It's been about 3 weeks since I started taking this product. I just take 1 cap with each meal (total of 3 per day) but I feel my digestion is improving as I don't need to take other digestive support supplements.
