I’m just not sure it’s helping me with anything yet. I took it while I had a cold and it didn’t seem to end it sooner. I was having problems with itchy skin and it didn’t seem to help with that either. I will finish my bottle and see. Love your other products!

I have noticed that my digestion has been a bit off and I feel so much better when I take Holozyme with my meals. I do take it occasionally on an empty stomach but really cannot notice any difference. I am otherwise healthy so not sure I would notice.

After developing a sudden reaction to red wine, I stopped enjoying it with a meal a few times a week. After trying Tributyrin, I can enjoy a glass of wine without any side effects. I suspect it would do this with many sudden histamine reactions. Thank goodness mine was not a major one.
