Since taking holoimmune within 3 days I noticed a difference in energy. It was very dramatic with cognitive clarity and noticed less reactions to food as well. I am taking Trybutyrin twice a day. I am trying to watch my symptoms and my body's responses very closely because I am almost in disbelief. The daily bloating is definitely decreasing. The diarrhea and constant general gut discomfort are much less as well. I am also taking Holozyme and HCL Guard, so I don't know if it is the combination of all three--probably--but the improvement is noticeable. I have dealt with my condition for almost 10 years, so that's why I'm being cautious in my assessment; however, this has been wonderful and a welcome relief.

I've been suffering for years with night-time muscle cramps. I would have to take 1000-1500 mg of magnesium just to not be in agonizing pain. The tributyrin started working right away. Now, a few weeks later, I still have to take some magnesium but it's a normal dose, presumably because my gut can actually absorb the stuff. Hail Healthy Gut!

I didn't expect to feel anything after the first pill. But after taking it I seemed to be able to climb the stairs more easily. I have sensitive histamine issues and ever since I had knee replacement surgery years ago my knees are always swollen, inflamed and painful. To make sure it wasn't a fluke I paid attention to my knees in the next few days. Same thing happened. But the knees only stayed better for a few hours. Then I added a second pill with dinner and surprise, surprise I started to sleep better, less pain and in longer stretches. Thank you Steve for developing this miracle supplement!
