I am still getting used to it. I had to go slow. When I increased to two I had some burning so went back to one. I’m also taking HoloZyme and had some diarrhea but that has settled down. I plan to keep going.

I have a very sensitive system due to massive exposure to mold over the years and microdosing it has been very effective for me. This is the first enzyme I have been able to tolerate.
