I’ve been taking this for a little over two weeks and have noticed improved gut health in terms of regularity and consistency. I’m hopeful it is helping my reaction to food as well. I’ve noticed that I haven’t gotten any itchy bumps on my back and abdomen. I’m waking up feeling more rested. Definitely going to continue and see where it takes me!

To be totally honest I am not sure if this is doing anything for me…at first I thought it was helping with very loose stool, but then not….I was back to diarhea. I was hoping this would help it….I upped the dose, but still not helping. So I don’t know what is going on in my microbiome and not sure if I will continue with this product as is quite costly. But I do appreciate all their support via emails and they seem to be a company who really cares. That is worth tons in this day and age.
