I am on my first bottle and I feel like I am finally getting somewhere with my gut. I went to the carnivore diet, gained about 15 pounds which is fine since I went down a size..however I couldn't loose any weight and my cravings were still there. It has been a safe supplement that helped with my gut movement. I have had severely slow motility for years and this is the only very safe thing that has worked with extremely minimal ingredients and that I could actually stay on with pregnancy. Since using the Holozyme I have experienced a lot less bloating. Avoiding gluten has definitely had a part in it but I can more easily digest certain other foods as well, like kale.
