I can’t believe I’m writing this, but I actually started noticing a difference on day two. I was in a spiral of bloating and stomach pain after every meal for a few weeks my digestion is never great, but during the time I started the digestive enzymes, it was terrible. I’m three weeks in, and I have zero bloat or pain. I’ve still experienced heartburn after a particularity high carb meal, but have otherwise felt “quiet” which is an entirely new feeling in the stomach. This product is a sound investment in my health and well being. I will stick with it!

I took 2 at breakfast and 2 at dinner for months and it seemed to take care of acid reflux. Then I took antibiotics for pneumonia and gut got really messed up. I took Holozyme with every meal and at bedtime. Still having a hard time so I read the directions again and increased to 4 at night. I am finally doing better after about 2 months. My functional doctor has recommended several other things to take so I can't say all the healing was from Holzyme but I will definitely continue it and have recommended it to others.

Over the years I have taken a lot of different enzymes, but with my gut issues I have found that Holozyme (in combination with HCL Guard) has made a huge difference in my digestion. i've only taken 1 pill every 2 or 3 days, for a total of 4, and I am already feeling more peaceful digestion. I felt slight relief from the first dose, and benefits increased.
