I noticed a big improvement in my stools the first week, no more running to the bathroom! Replaced with soft formed stools, big improvement. Intestines feel comfortable no cramping, or irritation in colon. I can also eat more cooked vegetables and some fruit. I've used many enzymes over the years, and quite a few with HCl acid. Dealing with a whole lot of gut issues for years has been tricky and frustrating.
