I bought this because it is identical to the original one I bought but has the added control of using the app which is very useful I now have 2 dehumidifier and it stops condensation in its tracks

The item that has been delivered the completely wrong. Was given a white good condition radiator not even sure if it’s the same spec. I ordered a black very good condition 2500W Oil Filled Radiator with 11 Fins. Had one response after 3 days to say they would “look into it”. It has now been 9 days later with still no further response. Poor customer service.

Step up from the old model I was using. Quite heavy, but the water tank is large. Smart app and Alexa integration make control easy even when not in the same room.

The product was not working and it has been a hassle to get a refund or a quick response from the customer service. They eventually sent a replacement but completely ignored my requests about taking back the faulty product.

Very good product very efficient

A great little Dehumidifier for the small room & Under the stairs

Great experience

Brill but not sure how much my electric bill will be at the end of this month. Fast delivery and does it job brilliantly.

High recommended, excellent

Very quite and very good machine

My 20l dehumidifier hasn’t even turned on, week later and this matter hasn’t been resolved. This has been recommended to me and I must say I’m really disappointed.

This is one of the best purchases I have made for a while, I normally get condensation on all my windows during cold weather.
After using the Dehumidifier for the past week, it has cleared up all condensation on my windows
Its also good for drying clothes
One touch of a button within a good 4-5 hours my clothes are dry

Shortly after the 1 year warranty expired the device became loud and it is not user repairable. Pro Breeze is of no help either after contacting them as well. I would not recommend this product. Quite disappointed in Pro Breeze.

Excellent dehumidifier.pulled 3 litres out of air in a week. Only issue is it is a bit noisy.

I purchased this product hoping that it actually did what what advertised and boy, did it deliver. I found the air quality in my flat to be better, its been collecting alot of water and i no longer need to wipe the windows every morning. I wish that I had purchased this a long time ago.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and dissatisfaction with this replacement filter. The filter did not perform its intended function; instead, it actively damaged my Pro Breeze humidifier.

Major Issues:

Production of Debris: Shortly after installation, the humidifier began emitting small, gold-coloured particles into the water and mist.

System Blockage: These particles accumulated rapidly, completely blocking the internal components of the humidifier.

Unit Damage: As a direct result of the blockage caused by the faulty filter, my humidifier is now damaged and non-functional.

A replacement filter should improve the unit's performance and longevity by removing impurities. This product had the opposite effect, introducing debris that destroyed the internal workings of the appliance.

I expect replacement parts to be of the same high quality as the original components, not a source of damage and failure. I urge Pro Breeze to investigate the cause of these gold particles and address the significant defect in this product batch. I require a resolution for the damage caused to my humidifier.

It never turned up! Trying to get the matter sorted via customer service is an absolute nightmare as all you deal with is an AI bot and still nothing has been sorted. No product and no refund! Not happy

Does exactly as it says with the marketing info. Easy to operate, quiet, etc

Good machine, does what it says. Instruction manual rather thin and not very user friendly - it relies on the user largely working things out for himself, plus sending messages to support staff at Pro Breeze who are very helpful. Response times fairly good - even though a phone support service would be preferable

Great dehumidifier, it really cleans the air and has stopped the mold coming back. I have used the sleep mood it silent enough for me. I have used it for laundry especially for bedding definitely drys clothes faster. Wish I had 2 of them!
No Cons - I am still trying figure out how to connect it to my phone.
